  1. To be fair at second viewing it does surpass the necessary force required so is probably a tort in assault. Ironically on the train last week their I saw a similar situation but this lady had no single ticket. Her station was passed long ago. Rather then throwing her off the train he gave her a fine, which she couldn't pay, so she was told too write her address name and number on a paper. She then blatenlty bs'd him saying she was homeless. Unlike this guy the guy stopped at the next station and took her with him. I missed the rest but if you compare the two situations it's quite a different approach. Unless the procedures are different in Scotland I can't really fathom why he didn't give him the generic fine thing. The guy who did throw him off wasn't even under duty to check tickets so he can't even construe a reasonable defense. Ultimately, he's probably screwed.
  2. Don't know if this one has been posted before: Ishant Sharma Yossi Benayoun
  3. http://www.goal.com/en/news/1717/editorial/2011/12/15/2803254/coveted-by-chelsea-idolised-in-chile-eduardo-vargas-must-now Goal did an article on him. All I'm saying is if we want him we best go for him now.
  4. If they want him they're gonna have to get past the contract and Lukaku!
  5. Speaking in Japan ahead of Barca's Club World Cup campaign, he said: "Marca lie. "I have not spoken to David after the last match in Madrid, but all of the players are in my plans. "I am the one who comes up with 25 different line-ups during the season because I feel that is the best thing to do. "Most of the players that are here now will continue for the rest of this season and the next. "I wish I could play with 15 players on a team because then everyone could play." He's already told SSN it's lies. Relieved, we shouldn't be going after 30 year olds no matter how proven they are ( but he has also gone through some bad patches recently to say the least.)
  6. Kakuta hasn't failed yet by no means. He's 20 and just needs to be nurtured right, honestly with Bolton precarious position Coyle couldn't given him much chances. And theirs no way that he isn't a good player. I know some people may find it tedious looking to the U-19 tournament, but just remember who the previous winners of the golden-boy accolade were. In time I still believe he can become brilliant.
  7. ahah joke. not a good one though lol with the reports of something occuring in the tunnel.
  8. He was like this is a completely false story. They should get their money back from the informant and refund the readers.
