  1. I can't help but feel the same way too. Especially if all this was anticipated.
  2. Roman is Chelsea's Alex Ferguson. Hope we can fare better than United after that.
  3. If it does happen, let's be glad that it's at least happening when we have Tuchel already in charge. The biggest challenge when ownership changes is what happens to the management structure below. And at least we have Tuchel in charge of the team. Also, Roman was never going to manage the club forever. But it's a shame if it all ends this way.
  4. Forget buying anyone new. Is anyone concerned about how all these events are going to affect contract negotiations for our current crop? No point in speculating I guess. Just a rabbit hole of misery at this point
  5. Something that accomplishes nothing is the same as nothing. Of course there is some merit with the club distancing itself further from acrimonious events like this. But it does nothing but slightly improve the image of the club itself.
  6. Like I said before. It's shows how much people lack perspective. Seizing a football club is not going to save lives. Ukraine is with their back to the walls because of Putin. And they're talking about seizing a football club like that's going to stop him. Ridiculous.
  7. Just learned that Roman's mother is Ukrainian and he has relatives there.

  9. Kind of shows how out of touch these politicians are with reality. Seize a football club! Yeah, that will save millions of lives.
  10. That's what I recall. At least based on the outcome of the Navalny case, where he vehemently denied links.
  11. Just curious though. How did he & Usmanov avoid sanctions in the first round? Was it because of a technicality? Also, does sanctions automatically mean seized assets?
  12. Yeah. Pulisic and Havertz playing where they did was super weird. Never even saw them interchange positions even once. I'll chalk that down to one of Tuchel's weird moments. Like when he played James as RCB and Azpi as the WB because he was worried about Azpi coming up against a pack attacker in the center.
  13. True, but Pizy does have a point about his fitness. After his one month on sidelines he has come back as a far less agile player. Haven't really seen him bully defenders like he did against Arsenal, or Tyrone Mings. All that talk about making amends and he doesn't seem to be maintaining whatever standard he had.
  14. The irony if City don't end up winning a single trophy this season. Especially after Craig Burley and every other pundit out there was blowing smoke up their arse the past few months.
  15. Bit of a shame to toss him into a WB position. But its better he plays WB than an inside forward . Either play him as a pure winger or WB. Just play wide.
  16. I was moaning about this entire 2nd half lol. Havertz was just wasted being shunted out wide. All that pre-match talk about Havertz and Lukaku forming a partnership and we end up playing Pulisic in the no.10 role. And the latter was awful today. Should have brought on Werner to play wide and move Havertz infield.
  17. Probably because they have some rival red team fans in charge, lol. They used to make kits for Arse and Man Utd.
  18. Forgot about this one!! Just for an FA Cup match...dang.
  19. Eh...I wouldn't say no chance. Considering we were 5 points clear in November. Before covid and injuries hit.
  20. Is it too much to ask for something like this: Granted the shorts this season are similar. But could be better.
  21. Hopefully the pattern isn't too noticeable on TV.
  22. Messi is an all time great., but anyone calling him a top 3 of top 5 forward at this point in time has to think hard. Especially those Messi or Ronaldo fans. Do they even watch football games? I'm looking at Messi PSG videos and they're saying stuff like 'Extra terrestrial class', lol.
  23. You seemed to be singling out Mount for lack of big game performances, hence why I asked. It's not that he can't perform in big games. Maybe he hasn't consistently delivered. But that's the case with the entire team. The fact is we don't have consistent big game performers in the remaining attacking players. Maybe Havertz and Pulisic have slightly better stats. But I wouldn't call those earth shattering when compared to Mount.
  24. Didn't he deliver against City in the Champions league final? Or was that Mormon Mount.
