Thats quite simple to explain, even though Torres has been decent its not Because of him the team plays so good. This team is at its best when we can counter attack and every match we are expected to defend low and counter with pace Torres has been the starter. When we play against team that park the buss our best option is Etoo because of his (so far) amazing link up play and how technical he is in small spaces.

We should stop comparing Torres to his old self (Because that is clearly gone) and start comparing him with the other strikers in the league atm. If he can keep up his current form he isnt too bad IMO.
