Pretty much this. Right now i think we have a good balance with Mata and Willian creating more than they shoot, Oscar and Schurrle shooting more than they create, and Hazard in between. But because of our strikers failures, we need goals from everywhere possible.

I wish we could sign Meireles in January again. Guarin is decent though.

Mata hasn't even looked like scoring in 1 single PL game lol. But he does have a different role this season than the past 2.

Benzema can also go on long goal droughts, despite all his brilliant assists, no one will care about them when he isn't scoring.

Overrated, but that's even besides the point. Will Matic be our creative force from DM like a Modric, Cabaye or Moutinho can? i think not.

It's tough to watch Lampard fail to do his job every other game, and still play because he's the only option considered for that role. I thought with our lack of options, Mourinho would at least consider playing Oscar or KDB there, but never. Oscar is better than Lampard in almost every aspect; fresher, faster with or without the ball, aggressive etc etc. IMO there's no reason why he can't be our Modric kind of player, but instead he starts as CAM and actually stays in that position for less minutes than the other AM's I know it won't happen though, so hopefully Mourinho is seriously considering adding another option in there, if we care about winning something this season. As for this game overall - we didn't play great, but should still have been at least 3-0 with the easy chances Ba and Hazard missed. Schwarzer motm for his record-breaking debut

Schurrle has been very good for all i care. Last game finally things went his way - and he still hit the bar - but he always puts in a shift, if not offensively then defensively, and unlike others, he's always in good positions to get a shot off and threaten the opposition.
