  1. I'm going to respond to the 2nd part first, because i find that strange. Deserved to lose? Juve were good no doubt but we certainly did not deserve to lose that game, and i can't remember seeing too many comments/articles of such. We played well, pressed them high up the pitch, but our passing was all over the place and we struggled to create clear chances - this happened for a few games after that, then Mata and co started kicking into gear - And in that game at 2-1 we had a penalty claim which could have been easily given and then Mata missed a great chance. 1st part - Didn't know that since i don't follow Juve, but you will rarely ever hear any top team use that as excuse. It's difficult to play so many games in a short period of time, but it's doable.
  2. Serbia v Belgium later today should be good. Ivan v Hazard
  3. That's the excuse? many top teams face this kind of schedules every time. The way that game went they were also lucky to not lose.
  4. Can't say, because pretty much no one has seen him play consistently in the position he will play - lone striker - for Chelsea. My opinion though is he can be a decent back up, with or without Torres, due to his ability to also play out wide.
  5. True, but against Arsenal he had 2 chances and scored 1. Against Newcastle he also scored. And also against City in the Community Shield. He's doing alright atm, surely a whole lot better than what he did the past 2 seasons. And the best thing like RDM said is we're not reliant on any player, if Torres doesn't score you can be sure someone else will pop up and get us goals.
  6. He's the only striker we have atm, come January i would love as much as anyone to get Cavani or Falcao, but atm Torres is getting the job done for us. Also it's not like other strikers score every chance they get, they all miss. The most important thing is he scores.
  7. Happy with him atm, he's scoring goals which is exactly what he struggled to do last season. He should have way more goals though, but i guess we should just be happy he's scoring pretty much every other game now. Oh and he's only 1 away from his 100th career PL goal.
  8. Our pressing really has improved in the past few games, it was most evident in the Arsenal game.
  9. My opinion on him has changed a lot since he started playing Hazard, Oscar and Mata together. The only real problem i had with him was the defensive winger thing. It really limits one side of our attack and you can already see the difference when we play with 3 attacking midfielders like all other top clubs do (those who play 4-2-3-1)
  10. Great finish, i've been waiting for that since we signed him
  11. Quick question, how many months did Torres need to score 6 goals last season? in all competitions that is, because i know he needed like 8 months to score 4 in the league last year
  12. Moses started last game. Expected Azpi to start though.
  13. Steven Fletcher only needs one chance to score, Sunderland are still in this until City score again.
  14. Lol at the last goal. Smart play by the freekick taker.
  15. 20 shots per game is quite impressive.
  16. Damn, hopefully he gets only a fine, a ban would be fucking annoying and stupid.
