Feeling absolutely pissed right now! I had my CAE oral exam today and as per usual I was too nervous to concentrate on the things I really wanted to say. Really hope I didn't fuck it up completely, the other parts of the exam will take place on Wednesday, hopefully I can do well then.

Doesn't mean that much, I suppose. I've been holding my feet next to my radiator for 15 minutes now and they're still friggin cold. I'm kinda ill, which could be the reason for that btw.

As I don't have any problems with sleeping I have never tested that before on purpose. I read it somewhere a few weeks back and asked a friend of my parents who's a doctor if there's some true story behind that. He thought it might help as your feet are the parts of your body which will get cold easiest, and therefore you might wake up while sleeping if the feet's temperature hits a low.

You might try going to bed wearing socks the next time. It prevents you from waking up during the night.
