I read yesterday, the only hold up with Lukaku to Chelsea is Anderlecht waiting for Jovanovic or Mbokani to reply as you said, and also the amount of money we pay anderlecht upfront. The only way he doesn't come here IMO is if we don't bid. As long as Chelsea are one of the options he has, he would choose us.

Lukaku will cope with the physical side of the EPL 10x better than Neymar would have, that alone is a reason to choose him over Neymar, plus the fact we could get him for just under 20m less. Neymar is so great?, who has he shown his true greatness against? Brazilian teams? I am not doubting his ability, but Lukaku I think would do better in EPL. IMO

I think our glimmer of hope is that Neymar visited Chelsea facilities after the Brazil Scotland game. Hiddink news, i wasnt 100% believing it, I did think a lot of people assumed the deal was done and it was from it. Anyway I am 1000000x happier we appointed Villas-Boas. I think its agreed between Roman and AVB. He just cant sign anything until we pay the release fee, although some say we are trying to negotiate it lower. Maybe the hold up is agreeing the Falcao deal?
