Problem with Hiddink story is too many assume its a done deal and its nailed on. Its far from it, there hasn't even been any talks, as Turkey said Guus and their president are away for a week. Guus' agent has said categorically 100% Hiddink will be manager for Turkeys games in September, now to me, if he is planning on being Turkey coach in September, hes more likely to take DoF and not manager as he has said himself he cant combine 2 managerial jobs again. The reason he did it in 09 was because he knew for a fact he was only with us for 4 months; and Russia had no games during the period. Guus' agent also said most of the "Hiddink to Chelsea" stories are being made up by English press, and the fact is Guus is turkey manager and is very happy with how things are looking for qualification. Just listened to 5live, they are still not sure if Guus will take manager or DoF, but they think he is more likely to take DoF, which will include some work with the academy in place of Arnesen. They also said Roman has to go to Russia soon on business, so Guus will be ideal man to keep ship steady while Roman is away. Also his wife has told him she doesnt want him doing the day to day involvement. Avram Grant could win La Liga with that Barca side.

I was just reading garbosj tweets now, and boy has he backtracked. From MVB and Hiddink nailed on. Its now, Hiddink would prefer DoF, talks regarding this are still unresolved, his wife doesn't want him doing day to day coaching, which again points to DoF job. And MVB has not been mentioned in a long time. To sum his tweets up... Hiddink will be DoF if anything.
