I think Torres knows he isn't wanted here and you aren't going to stick an ultimatum on a player/agent if you know the offer you made to said player is bad. At the end of the day if they're giving Torres utimatums to decide, a deal must be agreed with us. So either a) they're covering entire wage for loan or b ) we're subsidising.
