you can't judge a performance by reading a stat's sheet mate. Come on now. Atsu got forward many times & had key passes for shots on goal. Ok they didn't convert, but he was helping to create chances. Again I did say he had some slip ups in his defensive responsibilities. Also Algeria are no mugs. Very talented side, who IMHO were unlucky to lose the match.

I checked Atsu's performance vs Algeria & he looked very lively. He was contributing to the attack. Defensively a bit shaky, but The Black Stars got the 'W'

I just realized that Chalobah played the full 90 in Reading's win over Cardiff City today in the FA Cup. I know CFC aren't in the competition any longer but there are some Youth players on loan that have something to play for.
