Whoever the next manager is, his life span at Chelsea will not be more than 2 years unless we get someone like Fergie who the players fear and bring in that culture that wearing the Chelsea shirt means something totally different. We need someone who would do anything for the fans and manager. By the way David Moyes/Brendan Rogers ? you gotta be kidding me. I know we are having a bad run of form and champions league seems far fetched but still by any stretch of imagination I can't see those 2 succeeding at Chelsea.

I can't imagine this, we stick with Mourinho, we may or may not play in league, Hazard looks to be heading the exit doors if the rumors are to be believed. We don't have a strike force. We don't have a good midfield, the club will just disintegrate. Falcao won't be with us next season(which is good). Problems will just mount. Throw money in jan focus on winning Champions league while still battling relegation.

I am confused you put reliable, Falcao, and BA altogether in one post which doesn't make sense to me. As far I can recollect Ba wasn't consistent or reliable striker.

thats what run of bad results do. It was never going to be an easy task to have a long term manager, a long term vision, playing good football, have a playing style of our own,players bonding. It takes time, and persistence unfortunately is the key. It has always been the short sightedness that has kept us away from playing good football and consistency in our results. I think this would be the time where club decides whether it wants to short term results or long term gains. We go with quick results and forever we would be in a situation where we will have to sack managers every two years to get a premier league title at best. Because we need to build a good team and play good football if we want to win Champions league. Realistically all I want to see is Mourinho showing that he can adapt come up with a tactical brilliance and help us play as a team and good football(top 10 and I would be happy the way we are playing)

I wouldn't want Hazard to start for his own good unless he himself is positive about playing. I would give him substitute minutes where he shines and once he is back to original self play him in the starting 11.

Willian is the kind of players I want to see more at Chelsea the blue heart Doesn't get the limelight as other players in the team but boy does he give everything on pitch. It is precisely these kind of players I like to see at Chelsea. We reached great heights with these kind of players. I wasn't really that big a Willian fan to begin with but boy has he changed my opinion about him. Sorry Willian ! I forgot that it these kind of players that I wanted to see at Chelsea, players that give their everything that achieve greatness not because the media claimed them to be a magician but purely due to the work rate and the attitude.
