honestly, cesc and RLC in mid would be another blunder. RLC-matic is what i want to see. or even RLC-ramires.

lets be honest. we are 11 points off and given what we are attackingly, we are never gonna be as free scoring as city, so we literally need to make a 12 point gap. so the PL is over. yes, these competitions are there. QF in CL would be nothing. getting a top 4 after winning the PL walking the PL, last season, we conceded the PL defence in 5 games. no progression. there is no progression in our way of play. there is no progression in integrating youth. whats the point of a top4 place with the same team as last year after winning the PL, and then regressing so poorly. if we had taken out mikel/ramires and integrates mvg/pasalic, i would have been fine. akes, bamfords, rlcs given a chance, then it would be good. but there is not a single thing that i feel we would be "progressing" in if we simply get a top4, qf in CL and a cup.

thats true. even if we just keep playing this team, somewhere down the line, eden will show his class. costa will score a few and find his touch. matic will regain his start of last season form. azpi will again become the best defensive lb in the league. BUT, thats not how a league is won. thats how arsenal keep getting 4th spot.

CM, RB. has he dropped iva? has he dropped cesc? so please dont invent your own solutions.

baba is a 21 million signing. multi millionaire. bego azpi-zouma-GC-baba matic-rlc pedro-oscar/willian-hazard remy replace a 9mil iva with 21 million baba, replace a 32mil costa with 10mil remy. replace a 27 mil cesc with a youth player (but the best possible option is rambo is injured). hardly seems like making wholesale changes. just seems the obvious thing to do. and yes, i do think that team selection is the MAIN variable here. what changes has jose made? tibo was suspended so got bego in? jt was suspended so got zouma in. oscar and rambo were injured so got mikel in? cesc and iva have been our worst players by a light year and still start every game. if what i want cant happen or the best manager in the world cant drop 3 of the most under-performing players, then well, we can stop calling him the best manager in teh world. remember saf. remember beckham, nisterlooy, keane, rooney? thats how a manager is... not someone who keeps playing his favourite or probably the player who has more rating in fifa. he does what is best for the team. PS - if he does not want to play kids against "millionaires", what is mvg/pasalic doing on loan? what is moses doing on loan?

read the above post man. it would hurt the team unity. forget the fact that our players wont put in any fight cos players like remy, baba, RLC would already know what their fate would be in team selection. forget the fact that someone like moses would currently be a better player to be on pitch than willian or hazard in this form, and forget the fact that people would simply stop fighting for their places in the team when they know irrespective of everything, what the starting 11 is. we should simply play the same 11 so as not to hurt the "confidence". i guess einstien was a MORON wrapped in an idiot.

people need to come to a player's thread more often than making idiotic assumptions and generalizations. look at what people have been saying since pre-season. in the community shield match, the swansea game. look exactly what people said when jose chose rambo for counters instead of moses who had done exactly that with stoke last season too at etihad. like i said, people should atleast know what they are talking about instead of stupidly running their mouths.
