pedro has won the CL multiple times. you are telling me that jose needs to tell him to stay on the wing and try and isolate a 20 year old RB as a LB. pedro has not even tried to do that once. i mean horrendous display fromhim. cesc fabregas the "midfield controller", even a little bit of pressure on the ball and he will lose it. and we were praising him for "controlling" the mid against a 9 men arsenal. hazard has been horrendous in attack. i can only think that it is tactical that jose has told him to not track janmaat and use the space vacated by him. but he has been unable to even do that. all in all, this is down to our players. not manager. ivanovic and his shitness is the thing to blame on jose.

he is my favourite player. iva has been brilliant for us for the past 7 years (give or take). i love his passion, his physical playing style. damn i even shifted to RB from CB. hell i even try to run like him with my head swaying in every direction. but currently he is hampering us massively. he has lost some pace (be it because of age or improper pre-season) which gives the wingers the oppurtunities to fly past him. he is so scared of getting close to wingers and losing the foot race that he has stopped using his most potent weapon - his physicality. all in all, i dont know how this problem can be solved, but i am not willing to have our right side be treated like a free way until then.

i saw the first half, and barca were atrocious. no transition from defence to attack without rakitic. roberto/haddidi/sandro have been poor whenever i have seen them. rafinha's injury has set them back massively.
