Good sell list. I agree on all of them except Mikel. Mikel still young, and can do better. Mikel is far better then Kalou. If we get Neymar and bring Sturridge, we don't need Kalou nor Anelka. Malouda, i will sell him if he wants to be a starter. With Neymar in the team if we get him, Malouda has to accept a squad role. Drogba, i don't want to sell. He can be here another 2 years, but agree, as long as he accept the squad role. i would sell Drogba to let him go out on a high on the top of his game instead of letting him fade into relative obsuity in the shadow of Fernando i would also sell Mikel i like him just like i like every Chelsea player i feel we should see but it is simply because i prefer ramires and i think they are just to similar add Anelka and Hilario to that list and i feel it works With the exception of Malouda on form i still think he could be useful

It feels to me that the days of our first team being filled with talismanic Africans is over or is at least coming to a end , with the club moving on through choice to fresh young talent from other continents , most noticeably South America. Whilst Essien may still have a important role to play if he hits form i think Roman is mindful of the commitment African players have to their Cup Of Nations , and is looking to kick off a new exciting legacy of Brazilian players in a team that through the inclusion of such players can bring their more flash elegant style of play which Roman so craves to the Club. Anyone agree ?

So that we can give players with potential the chance to be as good as the likes of Luiz , without being completely reliant on the funds of one person and promoting our youth system , which has had alot of cash invested in it .
