yer i agree . by that time i think he might be able to handle the spotlight of being a professionalism footballer and hold down a first team slot , but id still prefer to wait until josh is 33 just in case , i mean he is really goood lol
Who really cares about trophy's that much ? sure there nice but the majority of fans of a majority of teams never ever come close to a trophy in their lifetime of supporting their club . i think we will finish 3rd behind the Manchester teams and we will most likely win something even if its not the premier league . Some fans have got horribly spoiled ( not aimed at you prodigy ) and there could be some positives for not being the top kid on the block for a bit ( not that were even very far off ) that we get some of the atmosphere and soul of the club and fans returning . Obviously we should aim to be and still are up there in every competition in the World but maybe we should use this chance to focus on other aspects of the club to .
ramires and mikel should usually not be playing in the same team . im not saying to play either josh or frank in a holding position just as part of a three man midfield .
like a guy said on 606 mikel is slow on the ball . he may be reliable and his product assured but it seems to take forever for him to move the ball quickly from back to front . Fair play if we are playing a team that could require a more defensive approach but against Norwich and West Brom at home i dont see the need for him to play in the same team as Ramires. with what we have at the mo ( assuming we dont purchase modric ) my idea would be to play a three man midfield of Frank - although he is in a bit of a dip in form his movement and through balls are still top notch , plus he offers good set piece and penalty options with guaranteed goals whilst on form . yossi could come on for him to offer even more creativity and vision if Frank really does dip in form over a continued period . Josh - to offer the composure and vision we so desperately require . Let him have freedom and play in his favorite offensive role were he can provide service for the front men and help us to create chances . Ramires - to offer the drive plus power with his surging runs whilst still being able to contain certain opposition players and provide us with a defensive and offensive option without being completely either . with mata playing on the left of a 3 man front line of him Torres and Sturridge providing some pace , quality and goals hopefully .
i think thats just the start of the week they will be played . it says the week commencing 19th of September , even though i have always under the impression a week starts on a monday loool
