  1. I think Potter will prefer Kepa to be 1st choice cuz he is better than Mendy with feet . He did that at Brighton with Ryan and Robert Sanchez . Or he will look for a goalkeeper who can play with his feet.
  2. I have to admit I'm a bit sorry we took him because I wanted to see how far he would go with Brighton this season after this start to the season they've had People will have another reason to hate us after we ruined Brighton. He seems like an intelligent and calm person something that our squad need at this moment .
  3. Some opinions from Brighton fans about him :
  4. Graham Potter's impending appointment at #Chelsea suggests Todd Boehly knows this summer’s £250million outlay on signings is not sustainable long-term and is conscious of the need to begin a durable project. Without Roman Abramovich’s unlimited wealth, a patient cycle under a visionary coach like Potter is #Chelsea’s best route to success.
  5. Todd Boehly wants Graham Potter to be the man in charge for many years, Dave Roberts at LA Dodgers has been in charge for 7 years. Boehly and Potter are set to have dinner together. ( @SkySportsNews
  6. Graham Potter will bring his recruitment guru with him if he joins Chelsea. Recruitment specialist Kyle Macauley helped indentify Marc Cucurella and Moises Caicedo, Potter’s two assistants would also follow him to Chelsea. ( @Matt_Law_DT
  7. #Chelsea’s new owners have quickly discovered what Abramovich had long since learned: as soon as the relationship between head coach and hierarchy is perceived to have broken down, there is no recovery.
  8. Brighton is what Chelsea should be - sensible policy, development plan, attacking football and the results are visible with them.
  9. Tuchel’s ideas were no longer transmitting. He’d stopped getting through. It probably didn’t help that some of the players had been talking about his private life, and how he had a younger girlfriend as his marriage fell apart. Sources maintain that Tuchel initially wanted to move away from a fixed number-nine, only to completely go back on that. “He’ll say one thing,” one figure says, “then complain when it is done. Every transfer decision was put past Tuchel. He wasn’t given a single player he didn’t want. This meant he overruled some big deals, including Cristiano Ronaldo and Jules Kounde. (via @MiguelDelaney
  10. Can he do something similar with a team that made a selection for nearly 300 million
  11. Potter - plays good football, has no experience in a big team Pochettino - have experience , no trophy
  12. Boehly’s interest in signing Ronaldo provided an early difference of opinion, with the American reluctant to simply take “no” for an answer from Tuchel, who, according to sources, seemed exasperated at having to explain his reasons for not wanting the Portuguese (Telegraph)
