We had stability in the team over the past decade, maybe not with the managerial position but Cech, Terry, Lampard, Drogba etc were all there and when needed, they pushed other players to fight, they led the team. Watch out for Croatia vs Serbia tomorrow. Hopefully it'll be a good football match without off-field issues which are very common when such a massive international derby is played at the Balkans.
