  1. Get out, have you not read the rules? Anything to do with the board and you must act all hysterical and act like we are heading out of the football league.
  2. Not sure im up for signing an retired ex Liverpool striker to play left wing back.
  3. That didn't stop Pedro and Kante chosing us. Infact Lukaku is the first target we lost to United in quite some time.
  4. No only the best player of the previous Champions team, jesus do some people even think before speaking.
  5. The Vittese "banter" is excruciating, it wasn't even funny as a novelty.
  6. This Papy and Hector narrative is getting beyond boring and ignorant.
  7. Why isn't 5 for 3 enough? Remember in 2013 when we had 6 AM's? having 6 CB will result in one never seeing the pitch.
  8. Even if they don't, can they transfer 4 year's of inconsistentcy into the sheer consistency required to win the title? Its not been done before in the PL Leicester aside, its not easy to do either, remember the Gullit/Vialli/Ranieri year's when every summer we thought/hoped our cup winning mentality would translate to league consistency and it never did, United are in a similar situation/ problem position now. Best they can hope for is to break away from the 60's point's wise and set up a title challenge for future because i think we have a better chance purely becausewe know what it takes, infact i think they are 6th fav's, even behind Wenger.
  9. Why does everyone keep hyping up United? They have serious consistency issue's and they have replaced one of there few consistent player's with the model of inconsistentcy.
  10. I don't mind constructive criticism and you raise some valid point's, i just can't subscribe to the sky is falling down mentality a lot here possess, i would class some post's here as overreact and kneejerk even if we were in Yeovil position (for those who don't know, they lost 8-2 at the weekend and are overwhelming favorite's to drop from the football league). Also the board is a sensitive subject among all fanbases, take us and City fans for example, we look at envy at them throwing money at all in sundry until something sticks while on the flip side they (seen on Bluemoon few times) find it a bit unnerving that they have numerous overvalued player's not producing and lavish praise at us for getting the likes of Hazard, Kante, Azpi, Tibo for good prices (reletive to modern day). Liverpool fans think Klopp should walk if Coutinho goes and are livid with the VVD saga, United fans think Woodward's obsession with Galatico's is holding them back, Spurs fans have been hammering Levy this summer and we all know about the way Arsenal are run. Am i happy with the summer all in all? Ofcourse not, however i do believe at worse we will sign two depth player's (likely Drinkwater and someone like Candreva, worse case scnareo that is, i believe we are still trying for Sandro and we will make another Alonso esque signing if we fail) and if we do have we done worse than the rivals? I don't think. Our way of doing thing's has it's flaws as shown during 2015 and to an extent this summer, but i most certainly don't look at any of our rivals and think "i wish we did thing's that way" either. I defiantly don't think Conte is happy but i certainly don't think he's on the verge of rage quitting either.
  11. Even though i can never prove it im sure that was more Jose's fault. If last summer is anything to go by Conte/the club will have contigency plans even if like Alonso they aren't big enough names to silence the moaners (not you).
  12. Only we can win the league, break our transfer record and have fans acting like we are in Yeovil Town esque peril. Admittedly we aren't in an ideal position right now but some of the comments are (trying to be diplomatic in my wording) utterly ridiculous.
  13. Wasn't that before we signed anyone? We now have 4 player's.
  14. If all goes well with Christensen we would have gained two top class player's from the loan system in 4 year's. In Courtois we basically got a £40m keeper for free and Andreas would have cost a lot to prise from Gladbach had they owned him. If we can have a ratio of gaining a first teamer from the loan system every 2 or 3 year's on average, that alone justifies the system even before we factor in the profits we make on the one's who don't make the grade and (popular to popular belief) the great way it helps the player's.
  15. Why is PL proven being used like it's a safe bet? I mean for a start we off all supporters know it's not, and secondly it's a big step moving from Everton to Man.Utd, if he starts with a goal drought (which isn't impossible) the pressure will be huge.
  16. Comment on Red Cafe in the Matic thread Do you want to burst his bubble or shall i?
  17. There's defiantly been Chelsea fans who have moaned about it before.
  18. Echo's my thought's. Most Of the time i can understand a POV even if i disagree, but one thing i just don't understand is why the loan system offends people so much.
  19. Imagine if he was owned by Burnley, dropped due to poor display's then sold to Napoli still barely played yet we signed him? The reaction to the Papy deal would have been pretty meek in comparison
  20. Im not convinced, i haven't seen anything in Nate that scream's top flight player, he's had 3 top flight team's and barely got a look in anytime. in my opinion he found his level back at Watford the first time (upper Championship player, maybe lower prem at a push). Guess we will find out.
  21. As stated above, he will be replacing Nate, Matic has already been replaced.
  22. Tbf, there's a lot worse squad players around, a lot worse. Whether he is an upgrade on Matic is highly questionable but my word he is a huge, huge upgrade on Chalobah.
  23. That has been said every season for as long as i can remember. There's no luck in having a fantastic medical department.
