  1. No. He needs to stay and overhaul this disaster of a squad, and I believe he will get the time to do that.
  2. He absolutely needs to get beyond the summer. Make his mark on this club, a team that is full of failures, a team that desperately needs an overhaul. For once I actually believe a manager will get that at Chelsea as well. Need to escort people like Chalobah, Koulibaly, Pulisic, Hakim, Auba, Jorginho and Kepa/Mendy out.
  3. It's not a bad point, but you also gotta remember the attacking players he had. They still managed to create a lot of chances, and although Xg isn't the complete truth, it does give a good indication of this. Last season Brighton had an expected goals rating of 53,6, but only scored 42 goals. They still ended 9th which is fantastic for them, but with some more money invested in good forwards, I am sure he would have had a team scoring a lot more. He has also shown he has been capable of taking the steps up every time he has been asked to so far. I remember people doubting him when he went away from the Swedish league as well, where he created miracles with very little.
  4. Very excited for this, was the pick I was hoping (but not expecting) from the new owners. Honestly very positively surprised they took Potter. Also very glad Tuchel is gone. A coach who ends up turning sour with his teams every quickly (both when it comes to owners, players and general management), on top of playing horrible football. It might not be instant results, but I really think good times are coming with Potter. A manager who should have had the shot at a bigger club way sooner than this.
  5. Chelsea absolutely can do that, when they stop believing in a manager. When the players also stop believing and the play is only going downhill for a long time now, they absolutely should. Btw he isn't really near the top % wise. Not near the bottom either though. But I feel like many were well happy with Avram Grant and Sarri not keeping their job. Both with higher win rates. Even Mourinho the second time around, is only 1% off Tuchels win percentage. The first time he was here, he was well well above obviously. On top of not being impressive on the field, he is also a figure that always ends up fighting with the board/management.
  6. Better late than never. The down fall of his Chelsea side did not just start with the sanctions against Roman, it started months before that. Terrible football and no results anymore, and his personality on top, makes me very happy about this decision.
  7. Yeah he only cost an extremely important goal by clowning around in his own box. That said, the ref is certainly also a fucking clown.
  8. That's the thing though isnt it? Even when he is doing well, you are guaranteed a huge fuck up from him. That is not good enough at a club of Chelsea's level. He can fuck off back to a sub top italian club, the brainlet.
  9. When the rightful anger at the referee is gone, can we discuss why Tuchel yet against starts Jorginho? Absolute fucking idiots, both of them.
  10. How does the linesman not see that ball was out. Feel bad for the guy, and I would be fuming if I was an everton fan over such incompetent shit from the refs.
  11. It's true enough Serie A isnt what it has been, and some players just fit into some leagues better than others. But we have already seen Tomori do well in the Premier League, certainly a lot better than fucking Sarr has.
  12. Yeah so he can be sold like Tomori and Guehi, to buy more trash like Sarr instead
  13. Copenhagen registered Roony, who Chelsea are still scouting and been enquiring about, as part of their European team, over their record signing and so on. He's unbelievably interesting, I think he can go all the way in a couple of years.
  14. Shocking stuff from Chalobah sadly. Doesn't help that Maga Messi is shitting it up in front, and Kovacic is back to his usual level.
  15. Scored today. Only 16 years and 2 weeks old Been brilliant in both matches he has played. Aggressive in his press, great understanding of team mates already, and easily the best on the team to challenge defenders. You never know how such young players are going to develop, but he seems like the real deal.
  16. just saw his brother play for a tiny danish team, absolute unit. I say sign him up
  17. Christensen is though. Him, Silva, Rudiger, Azpilicueta (if Reece James play wing back) is more than enough with Chalobah as a backup.
  18. Saul absolutely shocking. There was a reason Atletico didnt mind getting rid though, so still think it's a decent gamble. Hakim on the other hand adds nothing at all, and should fucking know the league by now.
  19. Not a fan of spending this much on Lukaku. But it's hard to see alternatives I guess, if Håland isnt an option.
  20. Cant beat 100% Anyway was mostly a cheap dig, nothing too serious, cause Jorginho did miss 3 last season.
  21. I've no idea tbh. But certainly seems weird that a French newspaper is reporting on a Danish player going to an English club. Think Wind is more of a Villa transfer.
