No,Carlo's probably already spoken with pirlo for next season. I just can't trust him with youth. I'm hoping that the new manager in the summer gives Josh a chance next season. I'm sorry but I have no faith what so ever atm in Carlo giving him time on the pitch.
-
Has someone taken over your I.D. This isn't you speaking here. I agree though, he got the job mainly based on winning the CL twice. Rather than only 1 scudetto in 10 years.
-
Would Carlo be such a great manager if Ronaldo stayed at Man u? No he wouldn't . Even though he wouldn't be any worse or better than he is now,I bet every fickle fan would be calling for his head. They wouldn't have 'the double' to go on about. Right now only us realists can see beyond a trophy that was won last year and judge him on his talent or rather lack of .
-
If we win the league this year will it be luck? I think it will.
-
Again,i think Reina mainly has loyalty to Rafa, rather than fans that were burning his fellow spanish compatriots shirt. (Reina must have looked on in horror)

I'm goona give you a + for seeing the light. :worship: . If he would have come on Sunday i think it would have given the team a lift. Carlo should have took Drogs off pushed Anelka up along Torres. When we're desperate for a goal with limited time,i'd love to see us go 3 at the back. Bosingwa off for Malouda.I think we could have made the last 10 mins. hell for the dippers. I know this would be swapping players that aren't like for like (ie right back for right back in the 89th min.) Aswell as adopting a different formation in a game which is also alien to Carlo. However IMO these subs would have lifted the team created chances, and actually put up a fight. -------------Torres-------------Anelka----------------- --------------------------Josh------------------------------ Malouda-------Lamps.--------Mikel----------Essien---- -------------Cole-------Terry-------Ivan-----------------
-
No unfortunately when it comes to youth we aren't the arse and Carlo isn't Whinger. And No he couldn't have done any worse on Sunday.
-
God I really hope Reina leaves (on the cheap too). He will join Alonso,Mascherano & Torres in wanting to leave this 'big' club in recent seasons. I think ultimately Torres wasn't loyal to the scousers, but loyal to Rafa and once he left that was the end.
-
He won the dutch league last year with a shite club.!!!! And they sack him.
-
You suggesting Carlo isn't up to the job on his own?
-
What you mean like Liverpoo. They went and sacked some experienced guy that had coached all over Europe and was manager of the year. They haven't looked back since.
-
Horrible little shite. Needs a good slap and not a true story anyway. The Daily sport says we're after Joey Barton.
-
I want Guus to replace Carlo ideally, until the end of the season. Guus has unfinished business in the CL,he was unlucky where as Carlo (whilst unlucky with Samuel the rugby player) was still out thought by Jose.
-
You honestly think it would be reported in a newspaper? They are the media darlings,no chance. Yep. complete gobshites. If I was them after losing to Blackpool twice I wouldn't be so arrogant. But that's what they are total cocky gobshites.
-
But they sacked Roy !!! He was manager of the year the season before,he got Fulham to the Europa final. Then they sack him after 4 months.Disgusting. You can't sack managers you have to give them 5 years minimum before realising they're useless.
-
No. You don't get it do you? If he had tried every possible option, tactics, formation and giving our 1 and only youth player left a chance. Then people wouldn't blame Carlo because he's exhausted every possibility. As it stands he's tried nothing, never dropped anybody, never given any youth a chance and never changed a game with a substitution. Worst point ever. If we win every week of course we'll be happy. Didn't realise this was our first loss of the season. I take it we played really well against Liverpool and were just unlucky then?
-
I think the question is do You think he should get a chance? If the question was will Carlo give him a chance? Then my answer would be not a cat in hells chance. Thanks. :goodpost: I can't help the :worship: when I see so many others do it. It's good to see you're seeing sense. A couple more losses and I think you'll be calling for Carlo's head on a plate.
-
You've changed your tune. We'll be chasing Evertons shadows and being over run again. Carlo probably thought we did well so will stick with it.
-
Sack him at the end of the season and bring in the right man. I can honestly say that Scolari and Ancelotti were not my choice of managers and Grant definately wasn't !! Keep Carlo for now as he's here to win the CL,which we're still in. Get rid in the summer,I don't think he has that much longer left on his contract. Roman wised up by giving him a smaller contract than previous managers. Let's make sure we get the right man in this summer, that's key. Since Jose the choices have been poor.
-
I thought he wenton deadline day tbh.
-
Rumour & hearsay.
-
Lovely set of people, they really are.

That's the thing now. what is the long term gameplan. Before Jan 31st it looked like reducing the wage bill, now i'm not so sure. Might aswell give Carlo the season now, although wouldn't be too upset if he went before. After yesterdays resultsit was almost like an act of god to get us back in the race, today we could have completely destroyed any hopes the scum had of finishng 4th too. Roman brought him in to win the CL and we're stil in it. So you never know. But we need alot of luck, and even if we do win it,I still wouldn't keep him. The only way I'd keep Carlo is if we started to play well an win league games we should be winning, the CL is a one off cup competition where anything can happen. :goodpost: I remember fans (mainly oppo fans). Saying that Grant should have not got the sack just because he took us to the CL final !!! Now that is fickle and short term, short sighted thinking. Why do we keep employing these people with no qualifications.
-
Sorry ,I thought it was the done thing on here.
-
The trouble is though. It's not knee jerk, realistically he probably should have gone over the christmas period. These 'bad moments' are a long running thing now ,and when he doesn't change anything to prevent these 'bad moments' something has to change. Bindippers changed there manager and haven't looked back. How long had Roy been there? The manager of the year was at the club that never sacks anybody. 4 months later he's gone. :goodpost: :goodpost: . I'll do a post then scroll up and yours is basically reading the same as mine. :worship: :worship:
