And that's without giving them the benefit of the doubt; who knows what some of them would do with better players at their disposal. I'm sure a good number of them would have better ideas than Jose.
-
Would Oscar start for Southampton? The answer is a resounding no.
-
Yes, I honestly believe he's happy with performances like this as long as we win. Then he will talk about mental strength and balls and other stuff that has nothing to do with how the team actually performs as a cohesive unit.
-
Oh dear. So player performance has nothing to do with him?
-
This is why we play the way we do. Oscar is supposed to be an integral member of the team - one of the guys that makes the team play - but he is rubbish.
-
The best tactician in the world is just lulling Southampton into a false sense of security. Da Speshal 1
-
He was frustrating a few months ago; he's full-on shit now and should not be a regular in this team. We have enough options on the bench so why persist with this guy? I hate this favouritism.
-
And he's supposed to be an 'attacking midfielder'. There are defenders that have better technique than Oscar.
-
Terry and Cahill are so slow and immobile. Oscar absolutely world-class at being irrelevant.
-
Willian isn't getting a chance at a position(s) that suits him better either.
-
Yeah, right. Oscar does not have the necessary skills to play for other elite teams. He would struggle to even make the bench.
-
He sounded very insecure.
-
So Mourinho says they had a team meeting. I hope the players weren't pussies and told him some home truths.
-
After we were outplayed in the first leg and only managed 2 efforts on goal there were plenty of supporters who made excuses for Mourinho and his tactics. Now the same approach has seen us outplayed and outhought by a 10 man team at home. I honestly can't believe he just stood there watching what was happening in the second half and allowed it to continue. The most damning thing is one of his own players had to go over and ask him mid-game what the hell was going on.
-
Oscar doesn't have the technique to play like Verrati does.
-
This was the most embarrassing aspect of the game. PSG looked more comfortable in possession and had more passing options with 10 men than we did with 11.
-
Oscar ruined one counter-attack that most decent players would have taken advantage of. But then Oscar has poor technique and vision so it would have been a miracle for him to have made the right pass. His biggest contribution to the game was getting a player sent off. Other than that he did his usual bit of running around aimlessly and looking out of his depth.
-
Understatement and a half.
-
Also Fabregas was complete and utter trash. So slow and immobile. And with our tactics it's even more apparent just how slow and immobile he is. Arguably the worst player on the pitch.
-
That period in the second half when Chelsea were played off the park for about 20 minutes by a 10-man team lets me know Mourinho has lost it. Even Costa had to go to the touchline to ask him wtf is going. Costa is used to a manager and team that absolute give everything and suffocate the opposition and there we were getting a schooling by a 10-man team at home no less. Mourinho has completely and utterly lost the plot. He isn't even half the manager used to be.
-
Costa asking Mourinho what the hell is going on. He's not used to such cowardice.
-
Being utterly dominated at home by 10 men.
-
Last ten minutes has been very painful to watch.

I saw Oscar's name on the teamsheet and winced. It's like when I used to see Kalou's name on there Good luck to him, seriously. This is very good opposition so let's hope he doesn't look out of his depth. Unless Willian is injured I don't see why he's starting though.
