I'd stick to 4-3-3. Try Mata and Sturridge on the wings. When the opportunity arises I'd get a playmaker, and if Sturridge doesn't shine (which I doubt) a right winger. Offensive full backs, an the midfield of Mikel/Romeu Ramires/Josh Meireles/Lampard. I wouldn't play Lamps and Meireles in the same lineup because they both like going forward.

Meireles has number 4, Bruma is in the squad and Romeu and Lukaku don't have numbers...they even listed Benayoun as a departure and didn't mention any of our loans...just move away from that stupid website.

Well JT is 30 and he's our most important player. When he starts struggling we will need a replacement and his replacement should be an quality English international. Garry wants CL football and in jan he'll have 6 months left on his contract. Chances of the deal happening are pretty high. But anyway, transfer period just ended, I'm out of this section! XD

I'm a bit afraid that Mata and Sturridge won't start because AVB may think that it's a big risk to play them together since they never played before, and Sturridge is everything but a experienced Chelsea player. Still, it would be really great to see them on the wings together.
