Actually I believe he is, is just that he played mostly as a CB here when all of our team was shaky in defense under Andre and he can't get back into the CB position right away and be brilliant. He would need a couple of games, but give him a chance now and he would do well, I'm 99% sure.

I know people are bored of our rants of 2009 Ovrebo crap, but football should have a Champion that deserves it, not a Champion that most people want to see...

With Kalou and Malouda probably leaving we are left only with Sturridge who ain't no winger, and Mata who likes to play central so someone like Johnson who is not a huge star but a young player with a point to prove would be a welcome addition ... but only after we have tried bringing in the likes of Hazard and failed. We really need to have more squad depth on the wing positions. I'm still amazed by Chelsea and the things done for the wing position over the last couple of seasons...
