Good post , i agree with Mikel and Essien , we may still be able to get a fair chunk for both these players. I do feel our transfers will depend on our league finish , yes we could look at the likes of Hazard and Cavani , but these two players will want CL football to showcase there talent. we miss out and we will have to look at other avenues. We should have done this over the last two seasons and the board have really fucked this up as we have had a consent CL place for the last 3 years. So if we miss out now are targets are limited and i see us being stuck with some of the deadwood ... if they want to stay that is.

Completely agree it would be AVB part 2 , our team could not play the way Bielsa would want.

Not at all. Kalou has his moments but his decision making is the problem , against brum he made a couple of great runs and beat a few defenders , but then he would be anonymous for large parts of the game. i would still pick him over Malouda for the rest of the season. Then look to ship them both out and bring a consistent left handed player in. but miss out on the CL and we may be stuck with him

Defoe is playing quite well recently. Though i think Danny will make it he will get his scoring boots on again not doubt. he was unlucky against Brum , the speed he was going at the ball , he couldn't get his feed adjusted quick enough.
