Let's send e-mails to the club and ask them not to accept the bid

I have a question for everyone who wants to answer it: If Mata was sold during the summer transfer window and Chelsea's result were the exact same as they are now, would you say that selling Juan was a bad decision?
-
That was one of the most pathetic games I've ever watched. At least manure lost.
-
No, he won't. If we win the league and reach the semis, at least, in the UCL, Mata's departure becomes irrelevant.
-
Now that's nice way to start posting on a forum. Welcome to TalkChelsea, mate
-
Exactly. I dont know why people take this like it's about Mata being a bad player. He is NOT a bad player, he is one of the finest, but there is a clear incompatibility between him and Jose's system. There are two questions: 1. Is Mourinho's system good for Chelsea, even if it's bad for Mata? Yes, the results are there to prove it. 2. Is Mata more important than this team's performances and results? For some, he might be. Unfortunately, they are not Chelsea fans.

LOL at the people talking about Mata being a good squad rotation player like his opinion and the fact that he's one of the highest rated players in Europe at the moment don't even matter. Most of you are being way too emotional about this and you want him to stay just because you don't want him to leave.
-
I can't see who on this forum said that it's ok to sell Mata to manure. I also don't think anyone said that he is useless, a bad player or anything like this. I, for example, am just pointing out the facts. He doesn't play too much under Mourinho. That's a fact. And when he does, his performances are mediocre. That's another fact. This could be interpreted as Mourinho's option or as Mourinho's mistake. If you think that Mata playing good, where he likes to play and how he likes to play, with Chelsea finishing sixth or third in the League is good for anyone, then this is Mourinho's mistake. If you think that Mata not being a part of a Chelsea team that's qualified in the UCL and with good chances at winning the League, then this is Mourinho's option. For me it's as clear as possible that Mata won't be a part of this team anymore. Jose doesn't want to use him as he is and he doesn't want to change, to adapt. If he won't leave now, he will leave in the summer. That's the truth. Hate it or love it.
-
I'm sorry, but first of all you can't compare Lamps with Mata. Secondly, we were shit under AVB. Jose's reasons for not playing Juan may be debatable, but as long as his ideas turn out to be good for the club, why would we or the media crucify him?
-
I really really do love Juan, but this is quite a simple matter. He's a great footballer. He doesn't play anymore. We are doing great without him, so the odds are that he won't return to the first 11 anytime soon. That being said, I think the obvious choice for him and us is to part ways. The only problem is that I don't like the idea of Manure getting Mata. Whoever thinks that this bad period of them will last for too long, is deeply wrong. They will bounce back sooner than expected and they will sign a lot of good players during the next summer. Maybe now, they aren't a threat, but the next season they will be. I'm sure about that. I'd rather want him to go to Real Madrid, Atletico, Napoli or whoever else outside the Premier League.
-
Jose saying that Mata trained 'in a fantastic way' today. And that he doesn't want Juan to leave. 'I keep saying that I want him to stay'. 'There isn't offer.' 'We have no offers.'

This is the type of match which is perfect for players like Kalas. If there are CBs who need resting, then why not give the lad a chance?
-
THIS is what the fuck is on his head!
-
FUCKING GET IN
-
Piss poor on the field, pissed after being replaced. He should show some passion and amibition DURING the fucking games, not after them.
-
Why the fuck would you do that, Oscar?!
-
Funny how everyone on their side keeps complaining about that first 'penalty' on Suarez, but no one seems to remember about how they got a freekick in the first place. 8:23 here. Pathetic. I agree that there were some stupid decisions from the ref yesterday, but it's not like only they were affected by them.
-
I once said it here that, in my opinion, latin players have the tendency to dive. People called me racist, ignorant and so on. At least Jose agrees.
-
I guess Jose doesn't like David, eh?
-
Love to see those babies crying! This game clearly illustrates why Jose is a genius. Absolutely brilliant. And Eden, I will cut my hair just like you for what you did tonight.
-
Buying him for my Fantasy team = best transfer ever!
-
We'll be all over them for the first 20 minutes or so. That's the only thing I'm sure of. Come on, Chelsea!
-
He would probably like to do that at a certain point of most games, but we don't have enough players with pace and mobility like Ronaldo's, Ozil's or Di Maria's.
-
Bought by no one in January. He just signed a new contract, FFS. And this new contract doesn't allow other clubs to pay his release clause (which is probably huge, anyways) unless Liverpool misses the UCL spots. Suarez is absolutely stunning lately. In my opinion he is, by far, the best player in the world at the moment. His form is just unbelievable. I don't like him as a person, of course, but I have to admit that he really does look unstoppable. Yet, Ozil was Arsenal's biggest gun and somehow we managed to annihilate him.

Is this the Chelsea v. Liverpool thread or the Mourinho thread?
