  1. Nevermind, it's definitely BS.
  2. There's a tweet claiming that there were "Chelsea fans chanting "You should've died, you should've died, that day in Reading, you should've died" at Petr Cech". Could any of it be true? I personally refuse to believe it.
  3. If he gets suspended, which I hope will happen, it's because he clearly deserves it.
  4. I know, but he's taking it too far. And the thug thing doesn't explain his atrocious ball control and the huge amount of lost balls.
  5. I don't like Costa at all. Not because he is a twat (which he clearly is, yet sometimes he is a useful twat), but because he is absolutely CLUELESS when he has the ball. He is a poacher, he should be denied to leave the opponent's box when we are attacking. Every 1 v 1 duel, he loses the ball. His control is a disaster. I hope he gets a 3-4 matches ban, since Mourinho doesn't seem to be ready to drop him. Nevertheless, good display today. Pedro, Oscar and Hazard had a good day, as well as Cahill. But personally, I love Zouma. Such a beast! MoTM for me. P.S.: doesn anyone have a gif of that penalty that was not given to us in the first half?
  6. Happy birthday, mate! Come on, you blues!
  7. In my opinion, the main problem is that this team lacks enthusiasm. The players don't seem to enjoy football at all. There's clearly a mental block happening and I don't know how it can be stopped. A good manager should be the one able to do that, a good manager should be able to solve this crisis. Mourinho is, obviously not good, he is great. But, unfortunately, he seems to be more preoccupied about his ego and image and about giving the media bollocks to write and talk about and cursing at other managers. Our strategy, ever since last winter, was a mess. I don't know what needs to be changed, maybe the manager, maybe someone else, but things can't go on like this. It's a shame, we've never been so bad (modern era), not even under Scolari or AVB, tbh. Earlier, I was watching Leicester's comeback against Villa and there was such a positive energy in the stadium. The manager, the fans, the players, they were all full of confidence and energy. We look like a crock.
  8. I don't want him to go, but what's there to be done? Sack the players? Fine them? Do what? I really can't see a solution to this. Maybe he just needs to publicly admit that he's lost it, then shut the hell up and then try to fix it as much as it can be fixed.
  9. First of all, well done Pardew and Palace. Great display. Secondly, I would like to say that in my opinion Ivanovic's lack of form is not as important as Matic, Cesc, Hazard, Willian and Costa being PISS POOR.
  10. Well, at least Falcao scored. El Tigre is back
  11. Props to Palace and Pardew, though. Great performance and effort.
  12. The title is gone. Sometimes, you can just feel it.. They are strong, we are shit. Simple as that.
  13. Our players are clearly disconnected from football.
  14. Because only the real passionate ones go to away games. It's the same thing for every big team in the Premier League. Look at Man United, for example.
  15. Ivanovic is bad, all right, but what about our build up play? We can't seem to be able to creat any decent chances. Cesc, Hazard, Willian and Costa are all dreadful today.
  16. They are not poor, but they are not Real Madrid or Atletico either.
  17. An easy group can make you look better than you really are. It doesn't prepare you good enough for the knockout rounds. You walk against these weak opponents and then, when you meet the big boys, you get knocked out just like last season. I would've loved a group with two weaker teams like Maccabi and Kiev BUT with another team that is stronger than Porto. Let's say Real Madrid. If you get a group like this, you will surely qualify, since Maccabi and Kiev are clearly not better than Chelsea but you will also see how good you really are by playing against Real Madrid. If you can only get the second spot, then so be it, but at least you don't finish first and think that "wow, we're so good" and then PSG comes and eliminates you in the first knockout round. If we are going to want easy opponents and fear the big boys, we will never be one of the big boys, to be honest.
