You may be right about revamping and starting at the back but I'd argue that if you look at the ages of our forwards vs our defenders then we should be more inclined to acquire some younger blood up front first. Agree with LDN Blue on this. Carlo isn't moaning, he's just stating that while he is Head Coach at Chelsea, someone like Ferguson has more of a Manager's position. To quote LDN Blue, it was just a statement of the club's heirarchy. There are club structures like our's all across Europe.
