These mass killings are against armed rebels, civilian deaths are unfortunately a biproduct of conflict but he's not acting unprovoked. These aren't acts of genocide, he's fighting against a rebel army. Which is exactly what we're doing in the middle east (although we are acting unprovoked), trying to fight the rebels but committing mass killings to civilians in the process. These double standards are a clear sign of corruption.
