Don't think he's ever going to be good enough to hold down a place in our eleven as he's 25 now and should be close to his prime. He's definitely good enough for our bench but if he can't handle that role any more then its time to leave.

I was lucky enough to have an instructor with a sense of humour, which put me at ease straight away. No reason to feel nervous or under pressure really, we've all been in the same boat so everyone is pretty understanding of a learner if they make a mistake on the road.
