  1. True. But people talk as if it's entirely my fault while disregarding who initiated this thing.
  2. Who're you to call anyone 'scum' as long as all they're doing is supporting a player? You were a 'blind' Kakuta follower last year (maybe you still are). Wouldn't appreciate being called 'scum' for it, would you? You'd go and open threads about it. tx strategy : Bait someone by insulting them - wait for a response - cry foul about alleged ostracisation - open a thread about it.
  3. I never insulted you before you went around calling people scum. If you want to dish it out, be man enough to take it once it's thrown back at you. Nice attempt at playing the victim there though. Lol why should I forward those posts to you? I'm here to use the threads, not PM.
  4. Since you appear stoned, I'll tell you what you need to do. Go over to the Chelsea v Ipswich thread, look at the questions I asked you, give me a fucking answer and then come back here. You were the one who shied away from a perfectly legitimate, respectful debate last time out. Oh that's right, you had to run and get some weed.
  5. ^ WTF stop plugging your Facebook page!
  6. Ah well, another one of Spurs 15 centre midfielders then. Yep, lots of playing time there.
  7. In fairness we're all only moderate Kalou supporters, just like we're all only moderate supporters for every CFC player. We support the club, not a particular player/players. Like I've said in the past, Kalou should be moved on in the summer. But until that happens, I'm not going to take it lying down if people mock him for scoring goals or even when he's doing better than the bigger star players. Or when I'm called scum for trying to stand up for a player when in fairness he's done well in the previous matches. We really shouldn't be surprised anymore, should we? Not when it comes to Kalou atleast
  8. Carlo can stay stuff for a million different reasons lol, his words need to be taken with a pinch of salt. The club are very much interested in him judging by the newspaper reports that have been linked here. The only reason it won't go ahead is because of disagreement re personal terms. Anyway, que sera sera
  9. For some reason you're getting hyper against me - chill out. Re your 'pro', you need to realise that if Pienaar signs, he'll be a stopgap - there to fill in when Lampard is injured (which he is likely to be more often, judging by his words regarding his tendon and the constant care that it needs) or when he is rested (which will also happen more often, considering he is 34). In 2 years Josh will be ready to take over what Lampard does for the team. In the meantime, so that he is not pressurized too much, it is ideal if we have a late 20s creative, hardworking midfielder who can fill in for Lamps. For 3 mil, Pienaar fits the bill perfectly. So to sum up then - Pros 1. In the age gap the club lacks players in (20s to 30s) 2. 3 million 3. Squad player but handy replacement for Lampard in the short term 4. Hard working, links the defence and attack 5. Creative, scores goals. 6. The entire team can't be made of superstars - you need good if not remarkable players as well. Look at Citeh. Cons None - and yes I believe that, it's not meant as a windup. We could do worse than a 3 mil Pienaar.
  10. Why not? Let's list out the pros and the cons and then we'll see.

  13. Hmm. So if an atheist calls himself God, is he denying his own existence?
  14. The Lampard quotes have been posted in another thread already
  15. You don't say? You only disagree with others, and then call them scum because tx = attention whore, just like the Cobham protester.
  16. "Alex isn't going anywhere," Cortese said. "He's a great prospect for the future but not the transfer market. I don't think he would wish to be anywhere else." The view was echoed by Saints manager Nigel Atkins, who denied any suggestions the club have decided a price at which they would be willing to sell Oxlade-Chamberlain, who has already scored six times this season. "I am confident I can keep all my players here during the January transfer window," Atkins said. "There has been a lot of speculation about Alex and there will be throughout the transfer window. But Alex is our player and he's got a smile on his face, so we'll have to wait and see. But let me make it quite clear that Southampton have never put a price tag on anyone's head."
  17. Again, I'm happy if this is true. Ffs people are reacting as if he's going to be a key player. Yes he isn't high profile. So what? Were Alex, Ivanovic or Cech big names before they came here?
