I hope not!! If Carlo's learnt anything from Saturday it must be that Zhirkov plays at his best when put on the left-wing, not central mid! The wing is his natural position, CA must've seen his impact there vs Villa.

Carlo has the chance to become this club's greatest ever manager. Obviously most of us will say José Mourinho is currently the greatest (rightfully), however come next season (if things go well) I'm sure the majority would say Carlo. It all comes down to if Carlo can deliver the coveted Champions League, if he does that, he becomes the legend he's shaping up to be. The real test is if we have *touch wood* a bad season. Say, for example, if we only won 1 trophy or worse no-one *touch wood*, would we keep him on or not? I think all of us, who've seen managers come and go, will pray Carlo stays for the good and bad.

Product advertising always happens in movies, Nike and such sports brands are always the obvious ones. Wouldn't really surprise me if Liverpool and Arsenal have a "vested interest" in this film, I'm kind of glad Chelsea isn't associated with such cheap advertising.

Definitely Cech has been much better as a decision maker now. We always knew as a shot stopper he is probably the best keeper in the world, but he often struggled during set pieces, especially making decisions whether to come out or not. I think it was a subconscious fear after the head injury, but now I think he's over it. It's great to see him back on form, I think that incredible one hand save vs Arshavin 2 weeks ago showed his pure quality. It's especially a good think due to our lack of back up keepers. If Cech started struggling we'd really be screwed, so let's hope he stays fit.

This whole "artificial pitch" issue will no doubt, come back again. ManUtd struggled on it last year against CSKA Moscow. Hopefully we can use Zhirkov's experience on them to our advantage, I see him starting that one tbh.
