With our defence & us being at home, it'd be a quiet night for our keeper. Would give Turnbull good confidence, since it doesn't look like we're gonna sell him, Ancelotti might as well give him some confidence.

I don't understand why Allegri took Pato off! He looked the most likely in that game to get a goal, he probably would've after the first one. Should've taken Robinho off instead, he was awful tonight imo.

I'd like to see this.. Turnbull Bosingwa - Alex - Terry - A. Cole Essien Ramires - Zhirkov Kalou - Drogba - Malouda (Is Drogba back from suspension for this one?) Anyway, I'd like to see Turnbull in goal because I don't want Cech going out and picking up something before Liverpool. Plus, he deserves the rest. As does Mikel, so I'd like to see Essien take up his old position so Zhirkov can play as well. Hopefully we'll see Lampard appear for the last 10mins with Kakuta & McEachran.

If only. However he said he'd only leave for Barcelona..

Save of the match came in the first half where M. Diouf tried to chip him, Cech lost his footing but still had the reflexes to push it wide. He's ONLY 28. We can get 12 more years out of him if we're lucky! I really hope there's a photo of him making a save when they come out!!

Poor half from us. Sloppy passes, terrible defending and awful possession play. We don't deserve to be drawing but because of Cech's heroics and a moment of luck we are. I hope Carlo gives them a right shouting at. Hopefully that early goal scare will give them the impetus to get on with it.

Chris Samba is a beast. He's one of a few Bburn players I actually rate.

I guess it makes sense. This will be a very physical game, so we'd want to put out our strongest team. Ivanovic, Alex & Terry are as strong as they come.
