We will decide what is best for Jeffrey Bruma and Hamburger SV."

  6. IT'S ROVERS FOR THE RESERVES Posted on: Wed 11 May 2011 Chelsea's reserve team, crowned southern champions on Monday, will face Blackburn Rovers in a play-off to decide the national champions. Blackburn beat Manchester United 2-1 at Old Trafford on Wednesday night in a play-off between the winners of two northern sections of the Barclays Premier Reserve League and now take on Chelsea in a one-off game at Stamford Bridge. The provisional date is Monday with ticket details to be announced shortly. Blackburn scored twice in the first half against a Man United side containing Darren Fletcher and Rafael, both goals coming from Barcelona youth product Ruben Rochina who later went off with an injury. The home side pulled one back from the penalty spot. Rovers included Nikola Kalinic in their side. The Chelsea reserve players are due to be presented with a trophy and medals before the first team's match against Newcastle on Sunday.

  10. YOUTH CUP DATE AND TICKET NEWS The date for the Under 18s' home match in the FA Youth Cup against Manchester United has been announced. The FA Youth Cup semi-final will take place over two legs. The home leg will kick-off at 12.30pm on Sunday 10 April at Stamford Bridge and tickets are now on general sale. Fans can buy up to 10 tickets each for the game, priced at £5 for adults and £3 for under 16s and over 65s. All tickets are sold subject to availability. Tickets will go off sale online and through the call centre at 5pm on Friday 8 April. Remaining tickets will then be sold in person at the box office until 1pm on Saturday 9 April. No tickets will be sold after 1pm on Saturday 9 April. Disabled supporters should contact the disability department to purchase tickets. All tickets are sold subject to availability.

  12. Police are to investigate reports that Ashley Cole accidentally shot and wounded a 21-year-old student with an air rifle at Chelsea football club's training ground. A Surrey police spokesman confimed that the force would be in touch with the club after a report that the England international fired the weapon at the man at close range on Sunday last week at the training facility at Cobham. "We can confirm that ... we will be contacting the club to establish whether any criminal offence has been committed," said a police spokesman, adding that officers would interview "whoever runs the training establishment at Cobham". The club said it was taking "appropriate action" in light of the report,
