  1. I see a lot of American flags there tbh.
  2. I knew it 😂 Guess Boehly went there a few weeks back to ask them to take all our deadwood. Wallah
  3. Drogba was relatively unknown when he came to Chelsea, definitely not seen as a world class striker back then.
  4. These "finished products" tend to fail here on regular basis.
  5. I always wondered what these "pushing" status updates actually mean. How does a club push?`🤣 I mean I know the answer, its clickbait, but I still find it interesting.
  6. I feel like they will be very stubborn about Colwill. I fear in the end we have to choose between the two.
  7. Uhhh, weekS 😨 That will test a lot of peoples patience 😳
  8. So far for the "is closing in" and "is pushing hard" and "close to" blahblah.
  9. Talking about typical average english forward: does anyone know what will happen to CHO?
  10. Funny how personal terms are never an issue for Havertz, same was said about Real 😂
  11. Yea, in Serie A. Not so much in the CL. I think there is a performance gap between league and international club football, facing teams that have midfields that dont let u overrun that easily. I saw him this season against Bayern and City and he wasnt particular great in these games. What strikes me the most is the difference in his assisting stats. He has quite a good assist rate in Serie A because he does these runs, but in the CL he managed to get 1 assist in 28 games. I started to be very cautious about players that shine in Serie A. But lets see, maybe there is a run on him by many big clubs.
  12. But jokes aside, if thats really true and he is really for sale, it makes me wonder why no other, bigger clubs are going in for him. A lot of clubs are looking for midfielders atm. Barca is looking for midfielders, PSG is looking for midfielders, Bayern, Liverpool, Arsenal, even United. But none of them seems to be interested. I said earlier that I find him a bit overrated, so maybe thats the consensus among these clubs.
  13. Saudis probably offer their officials some "extras" 🤑
  14. A lot of players always tell us that 90% of twitter gossips are totally bs. In the end we should evaluate transfer activities by done deals, not rumours.
  15. Its funny how none of the people, who made this deal, are here anymore but still u can see the aftermath of this disaster. Its like an earthquake were people still suffer after years it happened.
  16. Yes, Poch is the only reason why I wouldnt sell them instantly, in a hope that he can do some magic. The only condition being that we have enough money to buy a good GK, 1 or even 2 good midfielders and a clinical number 9. If we need to sell them to get the money for these players then I would sell without a doubt. But for me, Mount and Havertz are no starters. If we can afford to have them on the bench in the hope they improve under Poch, so be it, if not, get rid of them.
  17. Good point. But to be honest, it doesnt take much to perform better than Havertz and Mount did last season. The question is: can these players improve to a certain point where its acceptable for a club like Chelsea? I still think that Havertz isnt built for the PL and would shine in La Liga e.g. but in the end its just an opinion. Fact is that Havertz has not lived up to the expectations for 3 years now. In my opinion it is worth the gamble to sell him and bring someone new in, at this point we know what we can expect from Havertz, and thats not a lot unfortunately. And about Mount: it seems he wants to leave, maybe his head is gone and he needs a fresh start elsewhere to perform. A lot of it is psychology. No point in keeping a player that has his head elsewhere.
  18. I dont care about other clubs, the question is: will these players become good at Chelsea. Sometimes things just dont fit anymore. In my eyes its wrong to limit ourselfs in a vague hope that things might become better in the future when we could improve with other players, only because they MIGHT improve our rivals. Because in the end, our rivals will find other players elsewhere to improve themselfs anyway. So we cant stop them from improving themselfs. We should only look at ourselfs and think about what is best for the team. Do we want to have Mount or Havertz in our lineup or not.
  19. So we should keep Mount, Havertz, Gallagher and co. because they MIGHT become good in the future, meaning we cant buy any new players only because there is interest from other clubs? We could do that yea, but I dont wanna hear any Havertz bashing next season when he misses another sitter or loses the ball every time he receives it.
