Probably one of the most limited footballers to play the game. He is just so meh. Unless we have 3 injuries (kante, gilmour and kova), we simply should not be playing him. Even then play Andreas as a DM instead of jorginho.

Since start of the season I felt 4-3-3 with kante as sitting and Kai and mount as 2 no 8s would be our best formation, somehow this is the first time we played that. Jorginho should not be on the pitch. I am sure his fan boys will show some weird stat, showing he made x number of passes, but that guy fucks us up in attack and in defence. He is the definition of a passenger. This 4-3-3 suits us, and will bring the best out of our group of attackers. I hope we play this rather than putting in jorginho on the pitch. Moreover once we get a proper DM like rice, we can just plug him in while keeping everything the same rather than have the whole system erupt once again.

Honestly dont know. Just split right in middle. Part of me wants it because I have lost all faith since the Soton game, but the other part does not want his legacy tainted (though nothing related to his actual managerial prowess). But IF we dont win today, it will be the final nail in the coffin for me, and I am guessing a lot of other people. Maybe the board gives him another window (Jan one), but welll... its just sad.

He should be no.5. Tomori even in a very small sample size showed some real good signs compared to rudi. And in general, the exclusion of Tomori is so weird overall. As for new signings, all 3 new defensive signings have been great in my opinion. Chilwell in particular has been great which is not to say Silva and Mendy have not. Let's hope that continues

Ruduger's last game was a disaster class for Germany and he has put in a disaster class after disaster class for a year and a half (when he is fit). Rightfully is our no.5 CB and will be kicked out as soon as Jan window starts.

Then we should not be making him the focal point of our attack and changing the mid to a formation which clearly does not suit them. It's a recipe for disaster. Also, it's not about hitting the ground. Werner has not done that too. But you can see his traits and why he will be a success. Kai can't do the basics right. That has got nothing to do with team gelling and time.

And the fact, that you can't provide me with an aspect of KAI's game makes me worry more. I have nothing against the Kai (unlike a lot of people who have it against some of our own, namely mount), I am a Chelsea fan, and would love for him to succeed and be the player everyone thinks he is. But given the hype, given the fee, there was an expectation and Kai has been far below that. He needs time to improve, rather FL has made him the focal point of our attack and changed the formation to make even the midfield worse. It's a recipe for disaster for the club and the player

Hmmm. I checked some of his stats from last season. It seems that he played majority of the latter part of the last season as a RW or a false 9 which might have led to the number of goals and assists. So it's not like he is playing a position unknown to him. Also, people are not "impatient". If that was true, Werner would have been getting some stick too. People are willing to give him time because they actually see some genuine quality in him. Werner's movement is great, something which will be used as a weapon more and more when our front 4 and mid play with each other. Plus he can build and improve his game around that aspect. The issue with Kai is, what am I supposed to impressed by with him? He can't even hold on to the ball. That's got nothing to do with being a slow starter or a fast starter. That's the most basic and obvious skill any footballer would have. If a footballer has issues with shielding and holding onto the ball, that's a sign for worry, all the goals and assists is way down the priority.

Playing defensive football has nothing to do with it. Nothing FL can/has done can impact a player's ability to do BASIC, which is shield the ball. Everything else can be over looked or excused (poor decision making, looking half arsed, slow on the turn etc etc), but can't excuse something as simple as getting dispossessed time and again.

100m for someone who can't fucking shield the ball and made luke fucking Shaw look world class. Unbelievable. I am sorry, but I don't see the hype around him AT ALL. His basics are poor, has no idea how to shield a ball, can't use his 6 foot + frame. I am sorry, that's unacceptable. Imo, we have bought a player for 100m who is hardly looking as an upgrade on Mason mount who we love to hate for some reason that is beyond me. I hope he proves me wrong, but he has miles to go and improve. And if FL keeps him as a focal point for our attack, we are going to suffer.

Hazard's playing style NEVER suited or was in sync with chelsea's playing style. He was someone who thrives on having the ball, and he had to play under Rafa, Jose, Conte - 3 defensive minded coaches. Who were probably more worried about him tracking back and defending than his output in front of the goal.

Best case scenario would be another 0-0, Cagey game. If we try to attack them, can see an embarassment like the 4-0 happening on counter. Oh well...
