No reason to post that video here. Luiz and Terry have this same problem, but Luiz is a better player than Cahill, and Terry's leadership and experience put him above Cahill. Lets put numbers: PL: 6 goals conceded, 4 while Cahill was on the pitch. 4 while Luiz was on the pitch, 4 while Terry was on the pitch. Cahill started only 4 matches, Terry 6 and Luiz 7. We also conceded 2 goals in the same matche two times, and in both Cahill was on the pitch, and both matches the goals came from defensive mistakes.

Well, that was a great goal, but Cahill is a CB. I'm not that concerned about how good is his finishing. In Spur's game I was more concerned about how vulnerable we were in Cahills side, and how easily Spurs players passed trough him in the counter attacks. Overall he has been a good player, but doesnt make me fell confortable as I was with Alex or Ricardo Carvalho, our best defenders in the last years.

I dont agree with that, but even if I did, it means we are in trouble, because Cahill is not even close of being one of the best defenders in the world. I'm sure when he was playing at Bolton nobody would say that. Moving to a top club doesnt make him a top player. I dont have faith in any of our defenders right now, but as said before, when Cahill is playing we are more exposed to counter attacks, opponents with skills can easily pass through him. People say he is our best defenders because Terry are getting old and slow, while Luiz's mistakes are "uglier", and Luiz and Terry get more games than Cahill. The guy arrived here this year, people love new players. Soon they will find he is far from superb.

No doubt he will play Bertrand in the mid, as he did in first games of the season, unless Roman told him to never do that again.

Same here. Cahill is an avarage CB, despite his goals, for me he is a good squad player and no more than that, I dont know how some people even say he should be our next captain. Cahill sucks when he ´plays outside the box, and if we play with MHO in the mid, and think we have a lot to be worried about, spcially with a team with great attacking players. I dont trust in Cahill + Luiz at all. I'm almost sure RDM wont start the 3 guys in the mid.

This poll is really stupid. everybody want Chelsea to win it, the question should be: "is a the cwc a priority?" "do you care about cwc", or something like that. If you ask me if I want Chelsea to win Community Shield or League Cup, I would say yes, but I really dont care that much for both competitions.

Torres is not the one to blame. In fact Shaktar cound scored at least 4 goals in that game, while we had only few chances. We have to win this game, this is a crucial match, even a 5 year old child knows "it will take time to iron out the kinks".

Who said we need Oscar, Hazard and Mata together to attack? The 3 guys can barely help in the defensive system. I remember Spurs second goal, someone lost the ball and then none of the 3 return to help in the defence. Spurs had a lot of chance to score, and if they had better attacking players perhaps the result would be different. Fernandinho, best Shaktar player yesterday said it: "They have a different team from the one that played UCL final. Many times the offensive players attacked and didnt return. They were left with the 4 deffensive players and only one DM in front of them. Its a different style, the team that won the CL was more compact." Barcelona have Busquets, Xavi and Iniesta, all players that are very good in the defence, and specially Xavi and Iniesta are superb in the attack. The 3 players are good in the attack but they still lack the defensive skills, like Malouda and Anelka had in previous years. Even Robben, Kalou and Joe Cole could help a lot in the defence. Just see Oscar, the guy run a lot when he is defending, he try to mark, to almonst never he desarm the opponent. If we start with these 3 players against Manchester, I think we will be in trouble. Mikel, Lampard, Ramires, Oscar, Mata; Sturridge.

I think we cant start Oscar, Mata and Hazard together in this match. We need more cover in our problematic defensive system.

Worried about MU match. Our defence is our biggest problem. I dont know what happens to our defence, sometimes it just dont work, and when our defence dont work it just sucks. What was that first goal? everything started in a inofensive throw in, and in the corner kicks it was chaos. Perhaps the club needs to look for its defence. I think its our biggest problem, instead Torres.

Why worrying?

Hazard played good if you consider him an avarage player. I expect a lot more from the guy.
