You're confusing Bertrand and Azpi with Cole. They do cross the ball a lot more than Ashley, and are in general a lot more threatening in attack than Cole and Iva.

This is the sort of game Bertrand and Azpi would thrive in. They would both add a lot to the attack and thus releasing and giving extra space to the likes of Hazard, Willian etc. Shame Ryan isn't on the bench. Right now I'd throw him on for Iva, switch Azpi to the right, and take off Lampard (who has not had a good half unfortunately) and let Mikel sit deep to negate the threat of counter Ryan & Azpi will create by bombing forward. Attacking wise we have not been good enough at all.

He does need to step up though, he's got bags of quality and he really needs to showcase it on a regular basis. So far this season he really, really has not.

Eto'o has always had that aspect to his game though. He's always scored cheeky goals like that throughout his whole career.

Lol, I'm not a Hazard hater in the slightest, but you seriously can't say that what Hazard did there should make his haters "eat shit". Tbh, I doubt Hazard has haters to begin with. People are just expecting him to do those sort of things on a regular basis.

Could happen - but he definitely deserves to start. He's pretty much been good in every game he's played in, and he's still not at 100%. Now is the time where he needs to build up that match fitness, by playing games.

Team I'd like to see as well. Maybe Cahill in for Luiz but that's about it.

Still needs to step it up, he needs to be playing as our main guy this season but he hasn't been good enough in general IMO, just about average. He has the capabilities to be the best player in the PL, but he isn't showing it yet. I want to see him hitting form soonish as I have very high expectations of him.

The pass wasn't really good though. Willian had to stretch for it and luckily Willian's class first touch took it past the defender. Also the last time we played a through ball through the centre was in the same... Ba's goal? He doesn't have zero vision, that's way too harsh, Oscar has pulled off some great passes before, but he does need to do it on a more consistent basis. Out of our AMs I'd say he is the least creative bar Schurrle.
