If you want to restore political will you need to restore accountability and trust. Israel just as much as Palestine need to attest to their record like you would have any nation do, but because Israel is an ally to the West and England this won't ever happen. Even if Hamas is obliterated tomorrow, Israel will still receive billions from the United States government along with diplomatic and military support from both the UK and US. There won't be peace.

Peace will only happen until The USA and Europe establish equality between Israelis and Palestinians. Pretending Hamas is the root issue is a farce.

Exactly. People now only bringing it up because of us and Newcastle.

PL is going to vote on whether or not this can continue.
-
Yeah I might be Poch out.
-
Fail to win here think I've lost all faith in Poch.
-
Disasi shouldn't be anywhere near the XI. Cucurella and Gusto undeservedly dropped.
-
I'd prefer both starting.

This is the misconception. The only argument we see for that is because Palestine was never independent nation, even though both Roman scripture and biblical text recognise it as Palestine. (Canaan/Philistines). It is also ignoring the fact Palestine was under Ottoman Empire rule but started forming the idea of independence as far back as 1911. Even then, if we go back as far as history can show us, this land was still occupied by both the Philistines & Israelites.

I'd like players with combinations of both. Certainly from one that is now club captain and spearheading our midfield.
-
This. He's improved sure, but the technical level you want from him just isn't there. The fact he is captaining our side, is seemingly undroppable, and is leading our midfield just exemplifies the state the club is in and where we are in the table.

Reminds me of a young Hazard. Nevertheless, almost fucking 90m pounds for this lad. Just how many CAMs do we want? Nkunku/Gallagher/Palmer/Carney/Writz

Can you instead look at where this discussion originated instead of jumping into the middle of it without understanding any context? No one is trying to pathetically down play Hamas just because it was unconfirmed they were beheading children. This discussion originated because Joe fucking Biden without hesitation questioned the number of casualties of Palestinians, to which the death toll of children now reaches almost 3,000 casualties (The U.N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA ), which tracks deaths in the conflict, has found the Palestinian ministry’s numbers to be reliable after conducting its own investigation.) and yet this clown lied on public broadcast of seeing beheaded children when no such evidence exists. This level of nepotism is the very reason such conflict wages on. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2023/11/01/bidens-dismissal-reported-palestinian-death-toll/ Atrocities on both sides have happened. That we can guarantee. However, turning an blind eye on one whilst encouraging their apartheid on the other, is the issue.

All verified news outlets have debunked such reports, and both the IDF and Israeli Government neither reported or confirmed this ever happened.

You need to stop using Kante as a reference point. Since day one I disagreed with the comparisons.
-
Yes. Maatsen, Chalobah, and Broja will coup pure profit which can help us actually get someone who can put the ball in the net.
-
Petrovic should start but we should still go strong. Petrovic James Disasi Badiashile Cucurella Ugochukwu Enzo Madueke Palmer Mudryk Jackson
-
Again that is just an outright lie. The sheer overblown misapprehension on players after one defeat does my head. Are we just going to ignore Caicedo's first touch side of the boot pass that split open Arsenal's defence and had Mudrk though? Or his ping pass to Colwill after ignoring Enzo which set up Mudryks' goal against Fulham? Caicedo is a physical aggressor who is fantastic at challenging the ball and is technical enough to be both good in possession as well as finding the right pass. His xT at Brighton last season and even this season still remain high.
-
That is just an outright lie. He's the only one yesterday that played through channels to find Palmer. I actually applaud his willingness to play through those channels constantly. Even under immense pressure. Comparing him to Kante was daft then and is still daft now. There is only one Kante. At best Caicedo can provide the same level of influence as pre-injury Essien.

Because Poch needs aerial dominance on the pitch to combat the likes of Brentford shitehousing and relying on a set piece to get anything. Our kryptonite in essence. Disasi for me is just a very average defender. It has to come to a point where Poch starts being more proactive in his selection. Nothing to lose anymore. What's the worse that can happen? Lost 0-3 instead of 0-2?

Really makes you want to shun the outside world from the utter embarrassment in how we've behaved the past 1.5 years and the contrast in results compared to our rivals. Really starting to hate this.

Such a wind up these lot. Only player we should be working on is convincing Osihmen to come.
