Werner is not a #9. But I agree, if Werner does play as the sole striker, he needs to have physicality next to him.
This is still my preferred lineup.
James-------------------------------------Chilwell
Jorginho--Kovacic
Ziyech--Mount--Werner
Tammy
Jorginho and Kovacic are both signings that have virtually transformed a conservative team into a progressive one. We know can compete in midfield against some of elite in Europe playing progressive football.
No, she was not. The only one who had more responsibility in scouting after Emenalo left was Scott McLachlan.
Many people don't have any idea who he is and only address Marina given she is the one holding up the kit with the new transfer.
Ziyech as RW shouldn't matter if Reece James is there providing the width.
With Pulisic, Havertz, and Ziyech playing behind, I reckon even I would get 15+ goals a season with the amount of chances that will be created.
To be fairly honest I would much rather have my full backs small, quick and technical vs broad and strong.
Give me a Dani Alves type over an Ivanovic/Azpilicueta type any day. Especially with the way football is evolving.
