  1. Report: Kouadio Kone Has Been Recommended To Chelsea Chelsea have been recommended Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Kouadio Kone. https://www.si.com/soccer/Chelsea/transfer-news/report-kouadio-kone-has-been-recommended-to-Chelsea Chelsea have a goal of signing two midfielders in the coming windows. One of those midfielders will be expected to be a massive investment, like Declan Rice. The other will likely cost a bit less. There are a number of midfielders on the list for Chelsea. Romeo Lavia is a name that keeps popping up with Chelsea certainly interested in his signature. Kouadio Kone is a player that has been recommended to the club in recent weeks. According to Simon Phillips, new technical director of Chelsea Christopher Vivell has been recommended the signing of Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Kouadio Kone. It is not the first time a Premier League club has been linked to Kone. Manchester United had small interest in the midfielder in the summer transfer window, but never made a move. Kone is 21-years old and is also referred to as Manu Kone. He can play central midfield and defensive midfield. The French midfielder signed for Monchengladbach from Toulouse in January 2021 for €9million, and has went from strength to strength for the German side since.
  2. Barcelona tipped to miss out on N’Golo Kante after positive contract talks with Chelsea The midfielder has been linked with a move https://www.barcablaugranes.com/2022/12/30/23531371/barcelona-tipped-to-miss-out-on-ngolo-kante-after-positive-contract-talks-with-Chelsea N’Golo Kante has been linked with Barcelona recently but is now being tipped to sign a new contract at Chelsea. The Frenchman is out of contract at the end of the season which has prompted speculation he could be on the move. Barca’s financial situation means they are being linked with a host of free agents, including Kante, but it seems now that the midfielder could continue at Stamford Bridge after all. David Ornstein at The Athletic is reporting that Chelsea have made “positive progress” on talks over a new deal for Kante and there is “increasing confidence” he will stay. The deal is not quite done yet with an agreement over the length of Kante’s new contract still yet to be reached. Chelsea have suggested two years but Kante wants a longer deal. Barcelona signed Andreas Christensen and Marcos Alonso on free transfers from Chelsea last summer and had been tipped to return to west London in 2023 for Kante.
  3. It is high time to put Marca in the 100% BULLSHIT source category I called bullshit then (their claim Enzo's release clause was €90m), and have been 100% proven correct
  4. yes! I think Citeh may be trying to fuck up our deal NUFC and Wolves have wanted him too I came across him for the first time last year when we were (this was under Roman) saying we were going big for straight from South America players Benfica set to sign Enzo Fernandez replacement as he edges towards Chelsea move https://metro.co.uk/2022/12/29/Chelsea-transfer-news-benfica-set-to-sign-enzo-fernandez-replacement-18011811/ snip It has now emerged that Benfica are on the verge of signing a replacement for Fernandez, with the club engaged in talks over a move for Maximo Perrone. Perrone, another Argentine, who is thought to be a similar style of player to Fernandez, turns 20 in January and plays for Velez Sarsfield in Argentina. Manchester City and Newcastle United have been previously interested in signing Perrone and he has also been linked with Wolves. snip Newcastle and Wolves ‘have already approached’ club over player – ‘Have their sights on’ potential star https://sportwitness.co.uk/newcastle-wolves-already-approached-club-player-sights-potential-star/

  8. these do not count add-ons, as the Eden transfer was FAR higher, we ended up getting around €150m or so (£137m) The only major add-on he missed was for winning the Ballon d'Or, which of course, he never came close to there Coutinho was higher too than listed the only 2 in the top 15 that panned out for the amount paid was Mbappe and then CR7 to Real Madrid
  9. Serie A is not a farmers league, EOS I have seen every league but the EPL called a farmers league, including Serie A, the Bundesliga, La Liga, and Ligue 1 pure arrogance and Anglo-chauvinism
  10. I was not the one who said 'he has completely wasted his career'
  11. tell that to Mbappe, Neymar, Messi, Marquinhos, Donnarumma, Hakimi, Nuno Mendes, etc
  12. I simply disagree he has entirely wasted his career.
  13. all he lacks is a CL (and the SC and FWCC that you get shots at if you win the CL), has decent shots at it for this and next season at least (they have to beat Bayern in the next round, so if they do that, that is one giant barrier down this season) and, of course the World Cup (but did win the Euros in 2020 with Italy) He lives in one of the greatest cities on the planet, gets paid €20m plus a year (was €17m under his old contract), dated supermodels (and married one, Jessica Aidi), was Knighted with the the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, and has 30 topflight trophies, and gets to play with Messi, Mbappe, and Neymar all on the same team, all that before he turned 30yo last month If I was a footballer can I have a 'completely wasted career' like that? LOLOL
