https://thedailybriefing.io/i/141399921/summer-target-for-real-madrid-target-has-eye-watering-price-tag Leny Yoro is one of the most interesting central defenders in Europe, and has a skillset that has attracted a lot of interest from outside of Lille. Real Madrid have been to watch him on a number of occasions, Atletico Madrid like him too. Paris Saint-Germain, as has been reported, are also looking at him. His future will depend on the price though, which is where things might take shape. Yoro is out of contract in 2025, and Lille will not want to lose him for free. But he is also on a number of shortlists for top clubs. So that competition combined with the length of his contract will be two crucial factors, but Lille's current demands are more than €60m for the 18-year-old.

New Chelsea appointment will be in charge of getting NFL games and monster trucks to new stadium in 2030 https://www.Chelsea-news.co/2024/02/new-Chelsea-appointment-will-be-in-charge-of-getting-nfl-games-and-monster-trucks-to-new-stadium-in-2030/ Chelsea fans hoping for big personnel changes at the club today were likely expecting to see Mauricio Pochettino given the boot. Instead, there’s been an addition upstairs. Todd Kline has joined the club in an as yet unnamed “senior business role” from Spurs, and will start work once he has completed a period of gardening leave. Ben Jacobs has added some detail to the story as the day has gone on. Kline will be part of the club’s “leadership team” and it looks like his main work will come on the stadium. Chelsea want him to focus on “non football income,” which probably means something similar to what Spurs have done with their stadium: music concerts, NFL games, monster truck rallies etc. Jacobs claims that this will all be taking place after 2030 when a new stadium is functional. That seems a huge assumption to make on the evidence of the last few years.

Manchester City agree deal to sign Sávio from parent club Girona in the summer. Documents to be signed in the next days. Despite bids from German and English clubs, Sávio will join #MCFC. He’s now 100% focused on Girona to end the season in the best way.

Chelsea players too dumb, too sensitive and too young as ‘moral’ ‘noticeably low’ under Pochettino https://www.football365.com/news/Chelsea-moral-low-pochettino-players-fail-receive-information-accept-criticism Chelsea players are finding it difficult to ‘receive analytical information’ and to ‘accept critical feedback’ from Mauricio Pochettino as ‘squad moral’ is ‘noticeably low’ at the Cobham training ground. The Blues conceded four goals for the second game on the bounce on Sunday, losing 4-2 to Wolves on the back of a thumping 4-1 defeat to Liverpool on Wednesday. It’s led to a significant increase in pressure on Pochettino, and despite reports suggesting the club may not be able to afford to sack him even if they wanted to, the Daily Mail claim plans to review his position at the end of the season ‘could be brought forward if the club’s season continues to deteriorate’. But the report claims ‘the spotlight is shifting towards those in charge of player recruitment’, namely co-sporting directors Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart, along with director of recruitment Joe Shields. ‘There is a feeling behind the scenes that the team lacks leadership and experience’ as a result of a recruitment drive so heavily focused on young players. The three different recruitment voices has ‘led to difficulties in implementing clear transfer strategy’ and the policy of signing young players ‘has led to complications in the team adapting to different tactics and patterns of play, particularly when they have arrived from teams with defined tactical structures’. ‘Squad moral’ (not morale, apparently) is ‘noticeably low’ at the Cobham training ground with ‘players leaving as soon as they can after training is finished’ and ‘rarely staying behind to complete extra work’. The report also reveals that the Chelsea players are both too dumb and too thin-skinned: The club bosses have recognised that Pochettino ‘has had little or no influence over the club’s recruitment strategy’, with the number of injuries also offering mitigation for the Chelsea boss. This all sounds awfully similar to the end of Graham Potter. READ MORE: Pochettino sack? Jose Mourinho second in contenders to take over at Chelsea

I would kill to have Salah for 3 or so years, even though he turns 32 in mid June, I wager he still has at least 3 big seasons left we need a few huge bridge (not Bridge, lol) estbalished WC players who are older and have vast experience going 100% ALL youth is madness, as we have seen if (likely) Thiago leaves, then the ONLY player we have who is over 29yo is 3rd string , never playing GKer Bertinelli who is only 31, and he may well go as well the next oldest players (and only other ones over 26yo) are Sterling and Chilwell just to show you how times flies, Baba Rahman and Bakayoko both turn 30 years old in a few months, Kova turns 30 in 2 months, and Ziyech turns 31yo in 3 months oh and BTW SACK POCH

IF Citeh win the EPL, the FA Cup, the CL, and the UEFA Super Cup the 23 year old Foden will have 20 major trophies, including SIX EPL titles and 2 CLs there is no FIFA World Club Cup this year, so Foden misses out on 21 (plus having 2 world championships) and that is with Citeh losing the last 3 Community Shields in a row (they are almost as shit in the the CS as we are overall, and 2 of their CS wins since 2011 were against us, if we had won those 2, they would be worse than us in it, since it started, they are 6 wins, 9 losses, and we are 4 wins, 9 losses, with only 2 wins in 9 attempsts since Roman bought us, and our only 2 wins then were all the way back in 2005 and 2009) The only time Citeh won the CS against a team other than Chels in the past 52 years was in 2019 verus Liverpool. They did not play in 2020, and then lost the last 3 in a row since then.

NO NO NO to Mou, BUT YES YES YES to Michael Edwards he and Christoph Freund were my only 2 sporting director targets, and Freund (smart move) to us to fuck off (Edwards wanted a break, so said no to all teams)

this match week had the most EPL goals scored ever with a 20 team EPL

here are Citeh's 10 LOWEST valuation players.. look at all but 2 of the names, all are crazy quality other than Carson, (their old 3rd string keeper, who never plays), and then LB Sergio Gómez, the only outfied player on their squad I do not rate (and who never hardly plays either, he has 18 minutes total played in the EPL), they have no weakeness at all. Maybe you could argue Ortega could be upgraded from for their backup keeper, but Pep seems to 100 per cent trust him and do not forget the names they let go ot have out on loan sold: (the ones in bold are all still great players, plus Cole) Cole Palmer Riyad Mahrez Aymeric Laporte Yangel Herrera İlkay Gündoğan Benjamin Mendy Zack Steffen and out on loan (in bold will be sold) João Cancelo Kalvin Phillips Taylor Harwood-Bellis James McAtee Claudio Echeverri Máximo Perrone overall, it is just insane quality they have and then also have let go as they no longer need them I have never seen anything like it

damn, had to go do something and missed 2 goals

I am sticking with my Citeh wins the league prediction and unless Bayern or Real can somehow stop them, the CL as well look at their BENCH, lolol madness
