IF we lose this game, Sarri MUST be sacked. There can no doubt about this. If we do not, we may end up no even having EL football next year. He isn't going to change formation, he has zero flexibly. He needs to go back to Serie B or a shit Serie A team. I just cannot see him succeeding in the EPL. It is too fast paced and too hardcore defensively played for his tactics to work. It doesn't help that his main player, the centre of it all, is a fraud, a truly horrific defensive player, a player so bad at defending he makes Luiz look like Nesta or Baresi. As for the EL now, I see almost zero chance we can win it with Sarri in charge and playing this shit formation. Lose this game and I am all out of fucks to give.

Pep never had a run of games like this, Pep is a vastly superior coach to Sarri, very flexible and a tactical genius, a proven massive champion with a shit tonne of trophies to back that up,and Pep has had an EPL club that has backed him to a huge degree. We are losing our best player more than likely and have, literally, the worst board in the top 20 teams in the world. We are miles below Shitty and the Victims atm, and there is zero plan to take us back to their level.

Jorginho and Sarriball has been sussed out by the rest of the EPL. I am not saying to play Kante as a regista. I am saying to put him back into a trad DMF role and change the formation. Sarri's version of the 4 3 3 has been utterly exposed.

CHO is going to be gone in the summer, or kicked off the first team (I think he goes AWOL if we dont sell him to Bayern then, especially if we crash out of CL), RLC as a winger is a joke, Pedro is spent. Willian is a fraud. Eden will be gone. Pulisic is utterly unproven and is not a goal scorer. Sell off and massively upgrade or say hello to multiple years of no CL, especially if/when those transfer bans hit.

Yesterday gutted me. Cannot remember the last time I have felt so negative. Much more that anytime with Mo or Conte, even with the 2 shit seasons, as none of the other new bullshit (Eden out, possible 2 year t-bans, new stadium shut down, Abramovich as global target, etc) was going on. Losing multi-year CL revenue is just devastating to our FFP-mandated bottom line. Something really needs to give or we are going to be reduced to simply fighting for 6th or 7th place (and maybe missing out on that!) for a good goddamn long time. The club is coming into a potentially horrific crisis period on multiple levels.

I am at a loss as to what we need to do that is realistic. As is well documented, I do not think much of most of the squad, and Eden has totally packed it in now as well. We should have taken RM's £175m this past summer. He obviously cannot carry a team and if we had done a smart overhaul we would be stronger without him. I can keep this short, the only players I rate worth keeping (CHO and Hazard are so gone) are Kepa Rudiger Ampadu RLC Kante Reece James (deffo is ready) Mount (but is not ready yet) Pulisic Tomori (not ready yet) Higuain needs to prove he is still good or GTFO. I am not convinced at all yet. That is literally it. The rest are just not good enough. They need to GO. As for CHO and Eden, they can fuck off, super unprofessional on both their parts. That need to go now includes Azpi, unfortunately. He can be a reserve CB I guess, but its far better to sell him for the big money whilst we still can. Luiz is pretty useless if not used as a pure ball-player. He is and always will be shit defensively. Crazy unhappy with the corner we are boxed into.
