Lance Armstrong, the world champions yank cyclist and his doping cases. THERE is the 2nd part of the corruption. The key is the written ruling, as CAS gave TWO explanations (UEFA not showing enough evidence and also time-barring), if the major reason was not proving, then UEFA is in deep shit, but the decision will probably not be appealed to the Swiss federal courts. IF, on the other hand, time-barring was the main reason, it may well be appealed. Multiple other clubs are also talking about all this and FFP overall as well.
