Bayern Munich players 'confident of Callum Hudson-Odoi arrival' https://www.sportsmole.co.uk/football/chelsea/transfer-talk/news/bayern-players-confident-of-hudson-odoi-arrival_415612.html Members of the Bayern Munich squad are reportedly expecting Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi to move to the Allianz Arena. The England international was handed a start on Wednesday evening as Chelsea thrashed Barnsley by a 6-0 scoreline in the EFL Cup third round. However, outings in the first XI have been a rarity for the academy graduate over the past 12 months, leading to suggestions that he may be allowed to leave Stamford Bridge. According to The Telegraph, several players in the Bayern squad feel that the 19-year-old will make the switch to the Bundesliga in the coming weeks. Frank Lampard may be more willing to allow Hudson-Odoi to go out on loan, rather than give the green light to a sale.

Bayern Munich revises offer to David Alaba Like sands through an hourglass, these are the days of Bayern Munich’s contract negotiations with David Alaba. https://www.bavarianfootballworks.com/2020/9/23/21452249/bayern-munich-david-alaba-lucas-hernandez-niklas-sule-alphonso-davies-thomas-muller-lewandowski Per a report from Sport Bild, Bayern Munich has revised its offer to club stalwart David Alaba. Previously, Bayern Munich had offered the 28-year-old Austrian star a four-year contract, but the club has now allegedly added a fifth-year to its proposal. Could that fifth-year help convince Alaba to make a concession on his salary demands? The financial discussions have definitely caused the most turbulence between the negotiating parties over the past few months. Everything from Uli Hoeness calling a Pini Zahavi a “piranha” over rumors that the agent wants €20 million in fees from this deal to Alaba’s own alleged €20 million demand for a salary have caused this negotiation to take some odd turns. Sport Bild detailed how discussions have progressed over the past few days, including Bayern Munich’s reluctance to increase its financial offer to Alaba: As noted above, Bayern Munich offered Alaba an incentive-laden deal with an €11 million salary with potential for the player to earn up to €6 million in bonuses. Regardless, the latest Sport Bild report also states that Alaba “wants to stay in Munich and is hoping for an agreement.” Stay tuned.

https://www.football.london/chelsea-fc/transfer-news/chelsea-transfer-rumours-kante-rice-18985171 Chelsea make Kante decision Chelsea have made the decision to put midfield star N'Golo Kante on the transfer list in an attempt to fund a move for long-term target Declan Rice. That is according to transfer expert Ian McGarry, as per the Daily Express, who says Chelsea are wanting to offload Kante as a way that could raise funds to make a move for West Ham United ace Rice. Rice, who started his youth career at Stamford Bridge, has been heavily linked with a move to West London over the last few months, with Lampard keen to add the England international to his ranks. West Ham value Rice at £73million, meaning Chelsea are only too well aware that they will have to offload players in an effort to convince him to swap the London Stadium for Stamford Bridge. Blues set Emerson price Having added Leicester City and England left-back Ben Chilwell to their ranks during this summer's transfer window, Chelsea are keen to cut their cloth as far as their left-back options are concerned. The Blues are ready to offload Italian Emerson Palmieri, with both Marcos Alonso and Chilwell now ahead of him in the pecking order. The 26-year-old is now thought to be attracting the interest of Juventus, with manager Andrea Pirlo, who recently succeeded former Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri in Turin, looking to strengthen the club's left-back options. And according to a report by Sport Witness, Chelsea will allow the defender to leave ahead of the October 5 deadline if they can secure €25million for his services. £73m for Rice is madness

AC Milan Looking For Chelsea To Lower Tiemoue Bakayoko Demands https://insidefutbol.com/2020/09/24/ac-milan-looking-for-chelsea-to-lower-tiemoue-bakayoko-demands/473799/ AC Milan are still keen on signing French midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko from Chelsea, but want the Blues to reduce their asking price of €30m. The 26-year-old has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge in the ongoing transfer window, with AC Milan keen to land him. Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with Bakayoko, but the midfielder has his heart set on returning to the Rossoneri, having spent the 2018/19 season on loan at the Italian Serie A outfit. The Frenchman is even prepared to take a pay cut to join the club, but talks between the two sides have failed to make progress and have now stopped. AC Milan stand willing to sign Bakayoko however but, according to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, want Chelsea to lower their demands.

Report: Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger wanted by PSG, loan exit more likely https://www.thechelseachronicle.com/transfer-news/report-chelsea-defender-antonio-rudiger-wanted-by-psg-loan-exit-more-likely/ Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger is being strongly linked with a departure from Stamford Bridge in the remainder of the summer transfer window. According to the Mail, the 27-year-old has been left out of the Blues squad on Wednesday night to face Barnsley in the third round of the Carabao Cup. It is claimed that the German’s time in West London may be drawing to a close and it’s increasingly likely he will now leave in the next couple of weeks before the window shuts. The report explains that French champions Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing him, but a season-long loan looks the more likely scenario. Rudiger, who moved to Chelsea for £29million (BBC) back in July 2017, has been a regular in the starting XI during his time at the club when he’s not been sidelined through injury. The centre-back appears to have fallen down the pecking order now though under current manager Frank Lampard, who has five options to pick from in the heart of defence. He is currently competing alongside Thiago Silva, Fikayo Tomori, Andreas Christensen and Kurt Zouma for one of two starting positions. Rudiger is an experienced defender that on his day is a real powerhouse and leader at the back, but he’s struggled with inconsistent form at times and injury problems too.
