  9. IF we are interested (and tbh, any team) then NO deal with full x ray and genetic age tests football is overall the most age-important major global sport, especially for the two positions that are by far the most dependent upon pace winger and fullback (also for traditional cruncher type DMF's, deep holding registas not so much at all, see Pirlo for the perfect example) WC wingers atm over 28yo Cristiano Ronaldo 35 Lionel Messi 33 Ángel Di María 32 Gareth Bale 31 Eden Hazard 29 (when healthy) Riyad Mahrez 29 Lorenzo Insigne 29 that's literally it WC (and I am being generous with some of these) fullbacks over 26yo (yes only 26yo) only 1 is over 30yo, and Alba is rapidly falling off, he is a shadow of what he was 3, 4, 5 years ago Jordi Alba 31 Kyle Walker 30 Alex Sandro 29 Thomas Meunier 29 Daniel Carvajal 28 Nicolás Tagliafico 28 Sergi Roberto 28 Alex Telles 27 Ricardo Pereira 27 Lucas Digne 27 As for traditional DMF, there is ONE over 27yo who is WC Casemiro (28) the 3 older ones who could make a case for are Fernandinho 35 << and NO, he is done as a great player, sorry, father time caught him Busquets 32 (not a traditional DMF anyway) is also just about done, he is a true shadow of what he was just 2, 3 years ago and Miralem Pjanic 30, and not a traditional DMF Jorginho is also 28, but so so not a WC cruncher in fact, dropping down to 27 years olds there are only 2 other DMF's who are WC Thomas Partey 27 Marcelo Brozovic 27 (kind of a hybrid, as he is technical enough to play regista, but can crunch too) that's it those 3 positions are SO much a young mans game
  10. Yes, no way is he 20yo or older. I would believe soon 18 or soon 19yo though (he is almost 16 now). It is crazy that (assuming his birthday IS correct) that we are talking about a player, that if he was born just 6 weeks later, would be a SECOND HALF of Gen Z member (born 2005-12) and that there are now Gen Alpha youth (born 2013 and up) now playing at developmental level, so for several years. We will see Gen Alpha players blooded at top flight level before we get a new stadium, unless Roman reverses course in the next 24 months max. The oldest Gen Zers, yes Gen Zers, will be into their 30's ffs.
  11. Do you think he really is only 15? Well, 16 on November 20, 2020. He looks older, based off pics from 2, 3 years ago, where he so doesnt look 12 or 13.
  12. Youssoufa Moukoko The forward is Europe’s most prolific and highly-rated 15-year-old. He’s scored 137 goals in 87 games for Dortmund at under-17 and under-19 level, including a hat-trick in the under-19 derby against Schalke 04 last Sunday. He suffered racist abuse at the game — Schalke have apologised and vowed to identify the culprits. Due to Bundesliga and UEFA regulations, he’ll only be eligible for first-team football after his 16th birthday on November 20. But Dortmund have nominated him for the Champions League group stage, such is their belief in his abilities. Fellow striker Haaland has said that he had never seen a player who was so good at such a young age. Moukoko was born in Cameroon as the son of a German father. He arrived in Germany in 2014 and turned up at the St Pauli youth academy, asking if he could train with the team. Aged 10, he immediately proved better than all his team-mates and was picked up by Dortmund in 2016. Moukoko’s extraordinary performances have inevitably cast aspersions on his age but both his club and the German FA point to the fact that his birth certificate, issued by the German embassy in Yaounde, is genuine.
  13. he had 2 (last half of last season he started to make big errors) great seasons equivalent (the half when he first cam to the dippers, then the full season, then the first half of last season), and only one (2018–19) was a full season of great play his last full season at SOTON he played only 21 league games and only 26 in the split (SOTON/victimpool) season after that lets see him do it for 10, 15 or so years (20+ in a freak like Maldini's case) like the actual great CB's the fucking hype is just madness VVD is not remotely close to JT or Rio Ferdinand level (the 2 best CB's in EPL history IMHO)
  14. Illan Meslier is a really good young keeper tall lad too
  15. Cooper out in warmups for Leeds, I will update the line-ups when they are posted
  16. tbh, if they got rested properly, there are worse pairing out in the EPL pace would be an issue though

  18. Conor looked oki, nothing great, solid Bane looked so full of energy for a 36yo dreadful game overall Burnley had by far the better chances both teams deserve to go down along with Fulham
