There needs to be a huge rule change in regards to promotion from the Championship to the EPL. So sick of these yo yo sides like Bournemouth, Norwich, Fulham, Watford, etc gaming the system. They use the promotion and then the parachute money in one big scam cycle of endless back and forths. I would institute a rule that if you are relegated in either of the first 2 seasons after promotion, you are banned from promotion for the next 3 seasons, and no more parachute money, or at least greatly reduce it. Get some fresh faces up in the EPL and also force the yo yo teams to actually make an effort to stay up.
