With Rudiger and Christensen injuries Zouma stepped up and now Rüdiger and Christensen have a brickwall in their way to get back into the team.

imo we have four good centre backs in Rüdiger (26) Christensen (23) Zouma (24) and Tomori (21) all a great age if we can find a partnership out of those four then the other two will be more then good enough depth. if we buy a centre back it should be a world class player like Van Dijk or a generational talent like De Ligt.

I think that the CB issue is interesting, if when Rüdiger returns if we can get a partnership of Rüdiger and one of Christensen or Tomori going we don't need a centre back as the other two are great depth.

Back up goalkeeper Chilwell Sancho One of Dembele or Piątek for striker (even if Tammy does well both Giroud and Batshuayi will probably be off next summer so we will need another striker.) I trust our center backs don’t see a elite realistic upgrade out there in the market on the three we have. reckon Caballero Alonso, Willian, Giroud and Batshuayi will all be off next summer.
