Lampard deserves to stay at least a second season with propers players whatever the end of the season. When I see this Chelsea team played I’m bitter sweet. Sweet because we play good football, attractive, attacking. I find our football is more interesting under Lampard than under Sarri. Under Sarri its was always the same, it was just boring to watch. We had possesion ok but we made side pass and side pass during the majority of the match. And Bitter because we have an evident lack of quality on our front line and some defensive correction to make. We lost our best player who give us 50% of our goals last season and without the possibilité to replace him. We play with some players that a lot of football fans didn’t knew 6 month ago (Abraham, Mount, Reece, Tomori). So its dissapointing if we fail in view of our good start but in the end it’s not a surprise. I’m sur with Ziyech,, a good left back, a proper nine, and an other attractive Winger (Sancho or this kind) we should do an incredible season next year. We will be fool to sack Lampard, this club really need to learn from the past.

Its funny i just would say the opposite. People thinking Mount don’t deserve credit don’t know a clue about football. The boy work very hard without the ball, moving very well between the lines etc. Saying his skills, passing and decision are weak are just a lie. He has maybe a lack of quality in the finishing area or some bad decision yes but his style of play require a lot of energy so it’s understandable he has waste in his game. The fact is Kovacic-Kante-Jorginho are all solid, i love the three but they are not good to score goals. Our wingers neither, in any case not enough for wingers. And our main problem is we can’t kill the game. If you pull out Mount to play with Kova-Jorgi-Kante, it doesn’t help us at this moment. Mount is determinant 1 game on 3 not bad for a kid who can improve and play his firs months in Premier League. With more work he could be even more. The thing with Mount it’s he needs to be more rested.

No that's deserved for Willian. Pulisic and CHO are too young and need to prove, we will see next seasons wich deserved more between us. In the meantime Willian is a loyal soldier, and deserve respect even his performance was not so good.

This is unbelievable. How a profesionnal football club can make this kind of decision ? This group has played 3 days ago, only 3 fucking days after a whole season. Muscular injury was sooo predictable and we play with our starting XI. I have see rumors who reports that its not Sarri but the board who imposed to play with our best players. Maybe a commercial contract I don't know but if it's true, heads should fallen. At this level it is no longer incompetence , it's pur treason.

Sarri's problem is that he does not do the job he should. He has very good tactical knowledge and a very interesting vision of football. But the fact is he should be a football tactic teacher not a head coach from a big club. I think i will be a great teacher and many futur coach could learn a lot from him. His theory is great, but not always easy to put in practice. His lack of pragmatism and his inabilty to adapt his tactics is big big problem for someone who want succes like a head coach. If you want succes you need to adapt to your team and to your opponent. Look at Guardiola, he has also his own philosphy but he changes constantly the tactics (change to 3 to 4 DEF, sometimes 2 attackers) or the role of his players (Def Mid become full back, or center back etc..) He has a constant reflexion about that. Sarri don't have this. For him its just '4-3-3', triangle passe, regista etc. And we need to keep trying until it work. But if it doens't work , like now, we are fucked up. It's not a coincidence if at the age of 60 he did not win anything.

Hazard has always been honest, he speaks without filters. it's not disrespectful, it's precisely the opposite. He never had a contradictory speech, since the begining he is faithful to his words I know everybody here would like to heard "i will stay all my life at Chelsea" but the fact he wants to leave to Madrid don't mean he don't love the club. you can feel at every interview that he is extremely attached to this club, but Real Madrid is his dream child. Who are we to blame him for this ? You can be sur that even if his exit to Madrid fails I will stay with us and will enjoy to end his carreer at Stamford Bridge.

Even if there is no clause, it's okay. Kovacic is here to perfom right now and have a good transition he is a top player ready to start in our XI. Him with Kante and Jorginho it's just totaly insane. We can not afford to make a second bad season in row, But next year we could have a lot of choice to replace him. Barkley, RLC, VanGinkel, Mount... There is a chance than at least one of them become a starter next year. And even no one are good enough we could buy an another top middelfield in a better situation (UCL, strong and attractive team,..) So If kovacic allows us to get out of this situation and find the summits, I will be grateful to him even if it was just for one year.

Even if we don't have a buy clause it's not a drama. We really need quality player in our middelfied now. We'll see next year the situation, maybe Madrid bring back maybe not but we definitively need this kind of player this year. It's a smart choice from the board we don't spend money and have Kovacic for me it's okay. Next year, the team will be more solide, Sarri'philospophie will be better in place than now and we should replace Kovacic by an other top player.

Hazard I always found he did not have the profile of a captain. He can be the star of the team but not the leader. But what happens in the national team makes me hesitate about this. I think the armbrand really did him good. Give him responsibilities, he is more mature and less child than before. Maybe that at chelsea it could be the right timing too. If the club manages to convince him to extend his contract and become a true legend with us, he would be a nice captain. Even if I prefer Azpi because he is the most loyal and he seem to be a natural leader. But I should understand that Chelsea give it to Hazard if he decides to stay long-term.

JT is a veteran player who has nothing to proove. 36 years england captain, Chelsea captain since 10 years etc. Jorginho is maybe a great leader but he need at least one year to prove that on the pitch. We have also great leader in our team so why should we bypass them for a new player who didn't play a single game for Chelsea ? Hazard you should give him for other reason but we have some leaders like Azpi, Rudiger, Luiz, Fabregas. I think give it to quickly to Jorginho is a bad message for them. I can show you point per point : 1) Courtois will be sell for 35-40 or will go for free next summer. But we have no keeper available of this level now. Oblak is not available. Alisson was fucking expensive and not better thant Thibaut. Juste make a better season doesn't mean he is a better keeper. So maybe lost 35 millions but keep a top keeper for this season is a good idea. We can look for a new next season it's not a drama. 2) Hazard will leave for half next season ? Really ? it's a fact ? I didn't know. He could renew his contract and become our captain too, so again, it's just you who makes projections. 3) Willian and Pedro could easily be great player for us with Sarri so what's the problem ? Just because a player got 30 years should we sell them ? It's a failed to keep them ? Maybe we should sell Willian to Barca to 60 i'm agree. But the fact Willian remain at Chelsea is not necessarily a bad news. 4) For LB again, you take the worst scenario, Alonso will be disaster and Emerson will not be good. As if it was the only possible scenario, no it isn't. 5) Same for Morata, he could easily be a very good player.
