Players made a concerted effort to get bodies in the box,fullbacks pushed forward, there were a lot more passing combinations/1 touches with Oscar leading the charge and most importantly we didn't sit back after the early goal. We were continually searching for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th today. Something we simply haven't done in months. This wasn't a garbage counter attacking performance where we pick off an over-ambitious team as seen as the 67% possession today. We completely dominated the game for once this season.

Torres in his worst form here was alot better than Costa since his hot streak last season. He couldn't finish his dinner but Hazard and especially Mata loved playing with him. Costa is a negative impact striker when he doesn't score.

Remember how our fans were praising Costa a few days because he ran alot despite bottling 3/4 clearcut chances? Genuinely the worst striker in the League. The fact that he still gets his name chanted more than any other player boggles the mind.

Anyone praising Costa's deserves to be shot. Torres has played similar games yet deservedly got dogs abuse because he didn't score. Costa was through on goal 3 times today and failed to take every single one because of poor decision making/touches. And it was a good performance but Porto made it easy for us with the amount of space they gave our forwards. I'll start cheering when we string wins in the League.

Yeah I also think Oscar's time at Chelsea is up. I expect him to move abroad and become a much better player for it. The English game is too physical and he hasn't developed technically at Chelsea.
