because we are not a club who struggle financially you cant compare us to most other teams as most other teams dont have the money we have and you cant compare Torres to most other strikers as his transfer to Chelsea and his wages are not a normal situation that any other club has to deal with! We should be keeping the player who offers us more and imo that is Torres. As i said if the board feel the wages are an issue then he should leave, but if not then he should stay as he is better than Ba imo and will always be favoured more than Ba anyway because of the money spent on him.

The players i listed in the first 2 lists are all better than Rooney and the debatable list are players who were arguably better than Rooney based on last season and based on the fact that Rooney looks like he is in decline. But the players in the first 2 lists shows why Rooney is not World Class! im not really sure what your getting at, I dont really care if he is thick and earns millions! or what he does off the pitch ect, i dont want him here because i dont think he is world class and i feel he is in decline, and will only get worse!

that's true everyone does have different criteria to judge if a player is world class and for me to be truly world class you have to be one of the very best players in your position. I agree Rooney was at that level in 2010 but its 2013 now and Rooney hasn't shown that form consistently in the last 3 years! your getting a bit too carried away there, i have never seen anything special about his work-rate, there are plenty of players around Europe past and present who work just hard or even harder than Rooney, his work-rate is overrated imo, just like most of his other attributes. and also Rooney isn't a world class player! not even close.

Yeah that's makes sense lets keep Ba because his wages are less! We are a club who really struggle financially aren't we? The board are not stupid and they will know if Torres wages are going to be an issue then he will go! But if not then they will keep him over Ba! And what makes you think Torres would only get cameo appearances? of course he will also start games, we will be fighting for 5 trophies next season! We need depth in the squad! And your only assuming that Ba won't complain and Torres will. IMO if we sign a world class striker, Torres won't complain about being on the bench, it will probably motivate him to work harder to get into Mourinho's team, just like when Ba came in people thought Torres would sulk but no he actually worked hard and improved and in the end was better than Ba.

I would rather Torres stay than Ba tbh! I think he is a better option coming off the bench, he has shown in his Chelsea days that he can take advantage of tired defences and with the likes of Mata, Hazard, Oscar/De Bruyne and hopefully Cavani terrorising defences for an hour of so, i would rather Torres or Lukaku come on and start making runs in behind tiring defences rather than the lethargic Ba

Glad he is coming back!!! I would much rather have KdB in the RAM position than Oscar (who i hope gets a lot of minutes as the number 10), or any player we have been linked with like Di Maria or Hulk! De Bruyne could be seriously outstanding for us next season i can not wait!

well we dont know for sure that he only wants to join Bayern! thats what has been reported but doesnt mean its ture. Hazard only joined us because we won the CL and offered him a lot of money!

there is still a chance of getting Lewy, there are risks for him to stay at Dortmund for 1 more year, as there is no guarantee that Bayern will still want him, alot can happen in 1 year! he will also know he has no chance at Dortmund to win the Bundesliga so may see it as a waste if time to stay in Germany, maybe Jose could lure him here! i think there is certainly a possibility that he could move this summer to the PL..
